The mechanism for accessing Telkomsel Awards via exchanging Telkomsel POIN is as follows:
a. Selected customers will be contacted by Telkomsel regarding the opportunity to attend the Telkomsel Awards event
b. The Points exchange period is 20 June – 12 July 2024.
c. After successfully exchanging Points, a unique code will be sent via SMS
d. The validated cellphone number and unique code must be immediately exchanged for e-access no later than July 12 2024.
e. E-access and exchange information will be sent via SMS.
f. Access exchanges after July 12 2024 will be declared void.
g. The electronic access obtained must be exchanged for an access bracelet at the venue on 14 – 17 July 2024.
h. Limited quota.
i. Determining the location of the festival/tribune will be determined based on availability at the time of the event.
j. Terms and Conditions apply.
k. Telkomsel's decision cannot be contested.
l. The Telkomsel Awards Live Viewing Access Package is only valid for the Jabodetabek area
