Usually when I purchase #KuotaKeluarga, I can input a mobile number as a Member. But why wasn’t the mobile number input page shown this time?

You can check on MyTelkomsel if you still have an active #KuotaKeluarga package (not expired yet). If you do, then the next purchase of #KuotaKeluarga will have the same Member configuration as your existing active package. If you don’t and you still have the same problem, you can contact:
