What should I do if I am unable to connect to the Internet?

These are possible solutions if you are unable to connect to the Internet.

  1.  Make sure you still have enough credit to activate the internet package or have paid the bill

    a. Top up credit or pay your bill to activate your internet package via: MyTelkomsel app, website: www.telkomsel.com, Veronika Telkomsel: https://tsel.me/chatva, MyGraPARI or other places.

    b. If you don't have an active internet package, make sure you have Telkomsel PraBayar credit or sufficient Telkomsel Halo usage limits for non-package Internet access.

  2. Make sure you have internet quota
    Check your remaining quota via the MyTelkomsel app or Veronika Telkomsel.

    Internet package activation can be done through the MyTelkomsel app or Veronika Telkomsel.

  3. Make sure your device APN is configured correctly
    Access Point Names settings on your device must be configured to the Telkomsel network
     
  4. Refresh the network
    Refresh the network by activating (On) "Airplane Mode" then deactivating it again (Off). Select network mode single network 4G only.
     
  5. Change your location
    If youre trying to access the Internet inside a building, try to move to a part of the building that has a stronger connection. For example, move from the basement to an open space.
