What should I do if my Modem Orbit cannot connect to Internet and red light appears?

1. Dear customer please make sure that :
a. Orbit Modem has connect correctly by using registered Orbit SimCard Orbit.  
b. Please make sure Orbit Quota package valid, you can check on MyOrbit application.
c. Please make sure there are no settings changes in your Orbit Modem. To restore modem into default setting, you can do the factory reset by using needle hold it to 3-5 seconds.

2.  Next you can choose or try theese follwing steps : 
a. Restart modem by push off-on button to refresh Orbit signal.  
b. As if, still no internet you can check network by using another Telkomsel number at same location to check wheater it can receive 4G signal. If it's available, you can try to move Orbit Modem to place where it can receive Telkomsel 4G signal.
c. Other way, you can try to remove Orbit SimCard into other device, as if it can get signal or not and to ensure the mailfunction is in simcard or make sure simCard is registered.

Last but not least, don't forget to put the simCard back into Orbit Modem.
