What sort of things can cause my number is blocked?

Here are few things that can cause your number get blocked:

  1. You still have unpaid kartuHalo bills.
    You can check the bill and temporarily use your kartuHalo through:
    1. MyTelkomsel app
      Use MyTelkomsel app to find out your bill and when the bill is due by entering your Telkomsel number and verification code. If you already have the MyTelkomsel app, billing and usage can be seen on the homepage.
    2. MyTelkomsel website
      Go to MyTelkomsel website page https://my.telkomsel.com/ by entering your Telkomsel number and verification code. If you are already on the MyTelkomsel site, follow these steps:
      • On the main page, there is a menu in the top position. Select "Profile".
      • Select "Info Tagihan".
    3. UMB *111#
      Type *111# on your smartphone and follow these steps:
      • Select “Status & Tagihan”.
      • Select “Info & Tagihan ".
      • Select “Cek Tagihan ".
    4. Call Center Telkomsel: 188
      Call Telkomsel call center through your smartphone: 188 and follow these steps:

       

      • Select “Melanjutkan dengan nomor yang sama tekan 1”.
      • Select “Informasi tagihan dan pemakaian tekan 2”.
      • Select “Informasi pemakaian sementara tekan 1”.
    5. Telkomsel Virtual Assistant
      You can easily check billing and usage through the Telkomsel Virtual Assistant by following the steps below:
      • Visit Telkomsel official account:
        LINE: @Telkomsel.
        FB Messenger: @Telkomsel.
        Telegram: @telkomsel_official_bot.
      • Type “Hai”.
      • Type “Cek tagihan kartuHalo”.
      • Input your kartuHalo number.
      • Select “Penggunaan”.
    6. Telkomsel Virtual Assistant will send you the bill information and the temporary usage of your kartuHalo.
  2. You have not registered or re-registered your prepaid card (simPATI, KARTU As, and LOOP).
    Register or re-register your prepaid card immediately through the following ways:
    1. Through SMS to 4444.
      • For new customers: type REG NIK#FamilyCardNumber#
      • For existing customers: type ULANGNIK# FamilyCardNumber#
    2. Through website: http://tsel.me/daftar or https://www.telkomsel.com/registrasiprabayar.
    3. Through Telkomsel call center: 188.
    4. Through nearest GraPARI.
    5. Through Telkomsel Virtual Assistant on LINE: @Telkomsel, FB Messenger: @Telkomsel, and Telegram: @telkomsel_official_bot.
    6. Through UMB *444#.
  3. You have not unblocked your previous blocking request or you lost your smartphone for 1x24 hours.
    To unblock your kartuHalo, it can be done through Telkomsel call center 188:
    1. Make a call to 188.
    2. Select number 3 (PUK, Pemblokiran, Telkomsel POIN dan PIN-Tcare).
    3. Select number 2 (Blokir & Buka Blokir).
