To enjoy roaming international facilities, note the following:
- Ensure sufficient credit to use Telkomsel service in roaming country
- For Halo Card customers must have been using Halo Card for at least 3 months
- Ensure that your destination country is within Telkomsel's international roaming range. Check the destination country at www.telkomsel.com/roaming
- See Telkomsel's roaming offering package at www.telkomsel.com/roaming
- Make sure the data roaming settings in the phone are turned on
To be able to access the internet while abroad, make sure the settings of data roaming on your phone is active. Here are some examples of how to enable it:
- Iphone (iOS): setting -> cellular -> cellular data option -> data roaming -> switch on.
- Android Phone (android nougat): Setting -> connections -> mobile networks -> data roaming -> switch on.
If still unable to access the internet, make sure to fill APN setting:
- Iphone (iOS 11) : setting -> cellular -> cellular data option -> cellular data network -> Fill APN with internet.
- Android Phone (android nougat): Setting -> connections -> mobile networks -> Access Point Names -> Fill APN with internet.
