Paket Darurat is available to Telkomsel user that meets the following criteria:
- Prepaid customer (simPATI, KARTU As, dan LOOP).
- Active using Telkomsel number for more than 60 days.
- Does not have outstanding Paket Darurat.
- Meet the criteria of frequency and recharge amount.
- Meet the criteria of monthly average usage
