1. Make sure the Telkomsel roaming feature is active.
   • Access *266#.
   • Choose “7. Status & Info”.
   • Choose “4. Tariff Info & Roaming Feature”.
   • Tap “2. Roaming Feature”.
   • Choose “2. Check Status” menu.
2. Automatic network setting
   • Android
     • On the “Setting” menu, choose “Connection”.
     • Choose “Cellular Network”.
     • Choose “Network Operator”.
     • Activate “Choose Automatically”.
   • iOS
     • On the “Setting” menu, choose “Cellular”.
     • Tap “Choose Network”.
     • Activate “Automatic”.
3. Activate roaming network
   • Android
     • On the “Setting” menu, choose “Connection”.
     • Choose “Cellular Network”.
     • Activate “Data Roaming”.
   • iOS
     • On the “Setting” menu, choose “Cellular”.
     • Choose “Cellular Data Options”.
     • Activate “Data Roaming”.
4. Access Point Name/APN Correction
   • Android
     • On the “Setting” menu, choose “Connection”.
     • Choose “Cellular Network”.
     • Choose “Access Point Name”.
     • APN must be filled with “Internet”.
   • iOS
     • On the “Setting” menu, choose “Cellular”.
     • Choose “Cellular Data Options”.
     • APN must be filled with “Internet” and leave the Username and Password empty.
