If your existing Netflix subscription is billed through Apple/credit card, you will need to manually cancel your Apple/credit card billing arrangement to avoid being double billed for your Netflix when you activate your Telkomsel-Netflix package.

If you already have an existing subscription with Netflix, your Netflix account will need to be linked to your Telkomsel-Netflix bundling package by submitting your Netflix account credentials. Netflix will continue to charge you separately for your existing subscription until your Netflix account is linked to your Telkomsel-Netflix bundling package.

If your existing Netflix account has been successfully linked to your Telkomsel-Netflix bundling package, the Telkomsel-Netflix bundling package will replace your existing Netflix account and the price of the Netflix package that applies is the price of the Telkomsel-Netflix bundling package.

4. To be able to enjoy the Netflix Service, you need to register or log in by clicking the activation link sent via WhatsApp Netflix or SMS 99433 after activating your Telkomsel-Netflix package.
5. By purchasing this package, you agree that your Telkomsel mobile number will be shared to Netflix to facilitate activation of the Netflix Service included in your Telkomsel-Netflix package.
6. By activating your Netflix subscription, you accept and agree to Netflix’s Terms of Use and Privacy Statement. If there is a conflict between these terms and conditions and the Netflix Terms of Use, then (i) to the extent that it relates to the Netflix Service, the Netflix Terms of Use shall prevail, and (ii) otherwise these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
7. If you already have an existing Netflix account, such account will need to be linked with your Telkomsel-Netflix bundling package by logging in using your existing Netflix login credentials. If you do not link your existing Netflix account with your Telkomsel-Netflix bundling package, Netflix will continue to charge you separately for any existing Netflix account until it is linked to your Telkomsel-Netflix bundling package.

In the event that your existing Netflix account has been successfully linked to your Telkomsel-Netflix bundling package, the Telkomsel-Netflix bundling package will replace your existing Netflix account, and the price of the Netflix package that applies is the price of the Telkomsel-Netflix bundling package.

13. This package will be billed monthly according to the subscription fee.
14. The Telkomsel-Netflix bundling package will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period. Customers will be notified a day before the renewal is made.

16. If during the renewal period the customer does not have enough credit or the bill has exceeded the limit, the Telkomsel-Netflix bundling package will not be renewed and the customer must re-activate the Netflix package via MyTelkomsel App.
17. Customers can upgrade their Netflix subscription plan by paying the fee difference for a higher subscription with a pro-rate mechanism.
18. An upgrade option doesn't appear if you activate the premium plan.
19. By choosing a premium plan at the beginning of your subscription, you cannot upgrade and downgrade the package. To choose another plan you can do it by canceling the plan and choosing a new package in the next subscription period.
20. Customers can downgrade their Netflix subscription plan and the excess fee will be returned with a pro-rate mechanism.
21. A downgrade cannot be done if the selected plan is below the initial subscription plan.
22. Customers can cancel the Netflix subscription plan while the subscription period is still active and can continue to access it until the subscription period ends.
23. Customers can unsubscribe from Netflix packages at any time by accessing Netflix subscription settings on MyTelkomsel in the “Packages and Subscriptions” menu in the “Digital Services” section or via the settings page.
24. If the customer cancels their Netflix plan, the customer's Netflix package will not be renewed in the next period.
25. Watch Quota can be used to watch MAXStream, Netflix, and any other video services that have partnership with Telkomsel.
26. Watch Quota cannot be used if VPN/Data Saver Function is active.
27. If there’s any content or link from third party that you access via Netflix App, the access might consume internet data including application that run on background on your devices.
28. Telkomsel is not responsible for the content on the Netflix Service.
29. If the Watch Quota runs out, customers can buy additional quota. If you exceed the provided quota and don't have a Watch Quota, you will be charged regular internet quota or the internet basic tariff/PAYU (Pay as You Use).
30. Telkomsel-Netflix bundling package prices may change at any time and will be valid for 1 month after being notified to customers.
31. If there are changes to the terms & conditions related to packages and subscriptions, adjustments will be made on the terms & conditions page of the related packages.
32. By purchasing this package, the customer has agreed to: General Terms and Conditions of Telkomsel Service, Telkomsel's Privacy Policy, and Netflix's Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions of Service.
