The 2023 Telkomsel Awards

1. Telkomsel Awards access for Telkomsel customers can be obtained through these ways:
   1. The Telkomsel Awards Package 210GB Festival is valid for 60 days for Rp750,000 to get 1 Telkomsel Awards access at CAT A-1 category (total quota: 500 access for PraBayar customers and 250 access for Halo customers) and MAXstream Quota, with 30-day subscription of Prime Video Mobile, Vidio Gold, VIU, WeTV with automatic renewal for 2 months.
   2. The Telkomsel Awards Package 210GB Tribune is valid for 60 days for Rp750,000 to get 1 Telkomsel Awards access at CAT A-3 category (total quota: 500 access for PraBayar customers and 250 access for Halo customers) and MAXstream Quota, with 30-day subscription of Prime Video Mobile, Vidio Gold, VIU, WeTV with automatic renewal for 2 months.
   3. Telkomsel Customers Access Lucky Draw: Activate a package for Rp250,000 with a total data quota of 120GB (100GB Internet Quota, 20GB MAXstream Quota, 30-day subscription of Prime Video Mobile, Vidio Gold, VIU, WeTV) and customers have only 1 opportunity to take part in the Telkomsel Awards lucky draw for CAT C-1, CAT C-2, CAT C-3 categories.
   4. Redeem Poin via MyTelkomsel: Applies ONLY to SELECTED customers of Telkomsel PraBayar (prepaid) and Telkomsel Halo (postpaid). Customers will gain access to the CAT B-3 category with a total of 60 customers to get 120 access.
2. Telkomsel Awards access for by.U customers can be obtained through:
   1. The Telkomsel Awards Package 210GB Festival is valid for 60 days for Rp750,000 to get 1 Telkomsel Awards access at CAT A-1 category (total quota: 250 access) and Disney+ Hotstar (1-month subscription).
   2. The Telkomsel Awards Package 210GB Tribune is valid for 60 days for Rp750,000 to get 1 Telkomsel Awards access at CAT A-3 category (total quota: 250 access) and Disney+ Hotstar (1-month subscription).
   3. U Customers Access Lucky Draw: Activate a package for Rp250,000 with a total data quota of 120GB (100GB Internet Quota, 20GB Disney+ Hotstar (1 month subscription)) and customers have only 1 opportunity to take part in the Telkomsel Awards access lucky draw for CAT C-1, CAT C-2, CAT C-3 categories.
3. IndiHome Customers Access Lucky Draw: By filling out the form provided, customers have 1 chance to take part in the Telkomsel Awards access lucky draw for CAT C-1, CAT C-2, and CAT C-3 categories.
4. Access Lucky Draw for Orbit Customers: By activating the Telkomsel Awards package on MyOrbit or MyTelkomsel App, customers have 1 chance to take part in the Telkomsel Awards access lucky draw for CAT C-1, CAT C-2, CAT C-3 categories.

1. The mechanism of Telkomsel Awards Direct Access for Telkomsel customers is as follows:
   1. You must activate a Telkomsel Awards Package of 210GB via the MyTelkomsel App.
   2. The package activation period is July 13 – 16, 2023.
   3. A maximum of 1 package activation for 1 mobile phone number.
   4. Payment methods that can be used are all payment channels available on the MyTelkomsel App.
   5. After successfully making a payment, a unique code and access redemption link will be sent via SMS & incoming message notification on the MyTelkomsel App.
   6. Mobile phone numbers and unique codes that have been validated must be immediately exchanged for e-access during the period of July 17 – 18, 2023.
   7. Access exchange done after July 18, 2023 will be declared forfeited.
   8. The electronic access obtained must be exchanged for physical access at the venue on July 19 – 21, 2023.

   3. A maximum of 1 package activation for 1 mobile phone number.
   4. Payment methods that can be used are all payment channels available on the MyTelkomsel App.
   5. 1 mobile phone number only has 1 opportunity to participate in the lucky draw.
   6. After successful payment, your mobile phone number will be drawn on July 14, 2023.
   7. Winners of the lucky draw will be announced on www.telkomsel.com on July 15, 2023.
   8. Winners will receive a unique code sent via SMS and incoming message notification on the MyTelkomsel App on July 15 – 18, 2023.

2. The lucky draw will be held on July 14, 2023.
3. The announcement of winners can be seen on www.telkomsel.com on July 15, 2023.
4. Winners will receive a unique code via email that will be sent on July 15 – 18, 2023.
5. Winners shall redeem access from the link obtained via e-mail on July 17 – 18, 2023.
6. If the winner does not redeem access by July 18, 2023, the access will be forfeited.
7. The winner shall exchange the e-access for physical access on July 19 – 21, 2023 at the specified location.

2. Telkomsel Awards package can only be activated on the MyOrbit or MyTelkomsel App and cannot be activated using the "Gift" method.
3. Customers can only activate the Telkomsel Awards package once for 1 mobile number.
4. 1 mobile phone number can only participate in the lucky draw once.
5. The package activation period is valid from July 5 – 12, 2023.
6. After the package has been successfully activated, the customer will automatically enter a lucky draw to win 1 Telkomsel Awards 2023 access.
7. After successful payment, your mobile phone number will be drawn on July 14, 2023.
8. The access lucky draw winners will be announced on www.telkomsel.com on July 15, 2023.
9. Winners will receive a unique code sent via SMS and incoming message notification on the MyOrbit or MyTelkomsel App on July 15 – 18, 2023.
10. Mobile numbers and unique codes that have been validated must be exchanged immediately in the period of July 17 – 18, 2023.

2. This program is valid ONLY for SELECTED Telkomsel PraBayar (prepaid) and Telkomsel Halo (postpaid) customers.
3. This offer is aimed at SELECTED customers with Gold, Platinum, and Diamond tiers.
4. SELECTED customers have the opportunity to redeem 500 Telkomsel Poin to get 2 access via MyTelkomsel App.
5. The Telkomsel Poin redemption period for selected customers is from July 14 – 17, 2023.
6. Customers will receive an SMS notification containing a URL link which can be exchanged with an e-access on July 18, 2023.
7. If the winner does not redeem access by July 18, 2023, the access will be forfeited.
8. Customers shall exchange the e-access for physical access during the period of July 19 – 21, 2023 at the location specified by Telkomsel.
9. Customers show the e-access at the specified location with a QR code scan mechanism and exchange it for physical access.
