Telkomsel Awards 2024

1. Redemption of e-access into a wristband can be done at the Ticket Box, Indonesia Arena, GBK, Jakarta on July 14 - 16 at 12.00 - 20.00 WIB and July 17 at 10.00 - 20.00 WIB.
2. Queue in an orderly manner and take the lane according to the number of tickets category 1 or 2.
3. Prepare the QR Code (check the file sent via email) and any Identity according to the name submitted.
4. Show the QR Code and your ID card / photo ID to the officer.
5. Mention the name that matches the QR Code in front of the officer.
6. The officer will perform validation.
7. If the data is correct, the officer will give a wristband according to the amount claimed.
8. Check the number of wristbands you get, whether it is appropriate or not.
9. If it is correct, you can proceed to enter the venue.

E-access redemption on the day of the event will be provided at Indonesia Arena, GBK. However, we highly recommend redeeming e-access a few days before the event for your convenience and to avoid long queues.

• The access category you receive will be known when you redeem your physical access and will be determined based on your speed of redemption. 
• The access categories that will be granted first in order of available quota are Festival and Tribune. So, the earlier you redeem, the better your chances of seeing the event closer to the stage.

Take care of your physical access and make sure it is not lost. Telkomsel Awards 2024 29th Anniversary can only use physical access for entry. E-access is not valid to enter the Indonesia Arena location. If you cannot show your physical access to the officer, you will not be allowed to enter the event area.

Please note that physical access that is stolen, damaged, or lost cannot be replaced.

Access to the Telkomsel Awards 2024 can be obtained in the following ways:

1. For Telkomsel Customers:
   • Telkomsel Awards Access Package 1: One access with 15GB valid for 30 days at Rp300,000.
   • Telkomsel Awards Access Package 2: Two accesses with 15GB valid for 30 days at Rp600,000.
   • Redeem Telkomsel Poin: Redeem 5 Telkomsel Poin in the MyTelkomsel app. This offer is exclusively for selected Telkomsel customers to receive one Telkomsel Awards access. Each phone number can redeem points twice.
2. For by.U customers: Purchase the Telkomsel Awards Package: One access with 15GB valid for 30 days at Rp300,000.
3. By purchasing Orbit modem: Buy an Orbit modem and a 100GB internet package at the Telkomsel booth at Pekan Raya Jakarta (PRJ) to receive one Telkomsel Awards access. Available while supplies last.
4. Become a new IndiHome customer by registering IndiHome at the booth at Pekan Raya Jakarta (PRJ) with a minimum subscription speed of 50Mbps.

The Telkomsel Awards access mechanism for Telkomsel customers is as follows:

1. You must activate the Telkomsel Awards Access Package through the MyTelkomsel app.
2. The activation period for the package is from June 20 to July 12, 2024.
3. Customers can only purchase this package once for each Telkomsel Awards Access Package (If a customer has purchased the Telkomsel Awards Access Package 1, then they can still purchase the Telkomsel Awards Access Package 2 and vice versa).
4. All payment methods available in the MyTelkomsel app can be used.
5. After successful payment, a purchase code and redeem link will be sent via SMS periodically.
6. The validated phone number and purchase code must be redeemed for e-access no later than July 12, 2024.
7. E-access and redemption information will be sent via email.
8. Redemptions made after July 12, 2024, will be void.
9. The electronic access received must be exchanged for an access wristband at the venue from July 14 to 17, 2024.
10. Limited quota.
11. The festival/tribune location will be determined based on availability at the event.

14. The Telkomsel Awards Access Package is only valid for the Jabodetabek & West Java area.
15. If an error occurs when accessing the application, it is recommended to clear the cache first before trying to reopen the MyTelkomsel application.

The Telkomsel Awards access mechanism for by.U customers is as follows:

1. You must activate the Telkomsel Awards Access Package through the by.U app.
2. The activation period for the package is from June 20 to July 12, 2024.
3. Customers can only purchase this package once for each Telkomsel Awards Access Package (If a customer has purchased the Telkomsel Awards Access Package 1, then they can still purchase the Telkomsel Awards Access Package 2 and vice versa).
4. All payment methods available in the by.U app can be used.
5. After successful payment, a purchase code and redeem link will be sent via SMS periodically.

4. The validated phone number and unique code must be immediately exchanged for e-access no later than July 12 2024.
5. E-access and redemption information will be sent via email.
6. Redemptions made after July 12, 2024, will be void.
7. The electronic access received must be exchanged for an access wristband at the venue from July 14 to 17, 2024.

The Telkomsel Awards access mechanism via purchasing a modem and Orbit internet package is as follows:

1. You must purchase a modem and 100GB internet package at the Telkomsel booth at Pekan Raya Jakarta (PRJ).
2. The booth officer will provide the purchase code and redeem link directly.
3. E-access and redemption information will be sent via email.
4. Access redemption after July 12, 2024, will be declared forfeited.
5. The e-access obtained must be exchanged into an access wristband at the venue on July 14-17, 2024.
6. Limited quota.
7. Determination of festival/tribune locations will be determined based on availability during the event.

10. The Telkomsel Awards Access Package is only valid for the Jabodetabek & West Java area.

The Telkomsel Awards access mechanism for new IndiHome customers is as follows:

1. You must register for IndiHome at the booth at Pekan Raya Jakarta (PRJ) with a minimum subscription speed of 50Mbps.
2. The booth staff will validate and provide 2 physical voucher codes and assist with the redemption process.
3. E-access and exchange information will be sent via email.
4. Access exchanges after July 12, 2024 will be declared void.
5. The electronic access obtained must be exchanged for an access bracelet at the venue on July 14 – 17, 2024.
6. Limited quota.
7. The location of the festival/tribune will be determined based on availability at the time of the event.

10. The Telkomsel Awards Access Package is only valid for the Jabodetabek & West Java area.

The mechanism for accessing Telkomsel Awards via Telkomsel Poin exchange for IndiHome customers is as follows:

1. Selected customers will be contacted by Telkomsel regarding the opportunity to attend the Telkomsel Awards event.
2. The Poin exchange period is June 20 – July 12, 2024.
3. After successfully exchanging Poin, a unique code will be sent via SMS.
4. The validated cellphone number and unique code must be immediately exchanged for e-access no later than July 12, 2024.
5. E-access and exchange information will be sent via SMS.
6. Access exchanges after July 12, 2024 will be declared void.
7. The electronic access obtained must be exchanged for an access bracelet at the venue on July 14 – 17, 2024.
8. Limited quota.

All Telkomsel customers can vote through MyTelkomsel App.

• 1 account can vote in all categories.
• 1 vote is valid for 1 nomination from 1 category.
• The voting limit is 1x per day for each category.
• If you have voted in all categories in 1 day, then you will be able to vote on the next day according to the applicable voting period.

Voting can be done from July 8 - 17, 2024. The voting results will be announced at the Telkomsel Awards event on July 17, 2024, which will be broadcast live at 19.30 WIB on MAXstream, AllPlay Entertainment, and YouTube Telkomsel.

Also, for customers who want to watch via National TV through the SCTV channel and also the Vidio application, the Telkomsel Awards 2024 will be broadcast starting at 21:30 WIB.
