How to get eSIM and 150GB internet

1. Save the smartphone EID code

Note and save the Samsung Galaxy S25 Series EID code to redeem a free eSIM voucher and 150GB internet package.

2. Redeem the EID code

Visit tsel.id/S25Series and select the “Claim eSIM” menu to enter the Voucher Redemption page. Enter the 32-digit EID code in the box provided and select “Claim Voucher” to enter the my.telkomsel.com page.

3. Claim your eSIM and 150GB package

On the my.telkomsel.com page, select the BundlingMAX Galaxy 150GB package and follow the instructions to complete the transaction. You will not be charged for this transaction.

4. Activate your eSIM

After the transaction is complete, you will receive an eSIM QR code email to activate the eSIM on your Samsung Galaxy S25 Series. Activate eSIM by scanning the eSIM QR code. Follow the next instructions here.

5. Prepaid eSIM card registration

After the eSIM card is active, make sure you register prepaid via tsel.id/regist. Prepare your NIK (ID Card Number) and KK (Family Registration Card Number).

How to check smartphone EID

Go to the “Setting” menu.

Choose “About Phone” menu.

Click the “Status Information” menu.

Click the EID to copy the EID code.

Or dial *#06# and take a note of the EID that appears.

Make sure you have activated your new smartphone. Check the EID code on your smartphone by dialing *#06# or check the “Settings” menu and note the number.
Visit the page tsel.id/S25Series.
Click the “Get eSIM and Package here” button. You will be directed to a new page.
The page will show information related to the EID code as a voucher code for claiming eSIM and Telkomsel packages. Select “Continue.”
Enter the 32-digit EID code in the voucher code section. Select “Check Voucher”.
The voucher will appear in the Reward Voucher section. Select “Claim Voucher”.
A Pop-Up page appears to confirm your choice, select “Claim Voucher”.
You will get a notification that you have successfully claimed the voucher. Select “Continue”. Make sure you immediately continue the process to the next process, so you don't lose the link to go to the next page. If you lose the link to continue, you must wait 1x24 hours to re-enter the EID.
You will enter the my.telkomsel.com page containing the details of the BundlingMAX Galaxy package. Select "Buy".
Confirm the BundlingMAX Galaxy package order and select the eSIM number. Select "Buy".
Enter your email, select "Checkout".
Confirm the order, select "Continue".
You will receive a successful purchase notification and an eSIM activation email.

After successful eSIM activation, make sure you also register your prepaid card which can be done via the link tsel.id/registrasi.

The BundlingMAX Galaxy package can only be claimed from February 1 to March 31, 2025 at 23:59.
Benefits of eSIM and BundlingMAX Galaxy packages can only be claimed on the official Telkomsel page: tsel.id/S25Series.
Each customer's EID can only claim the BundlingMAX Galaxy package once and cannot get it again with the same EID number.
This package is only valid for new eSIM numbers available on the my.telkomsel.com page during the claim process, it cannot be activated for the customer's old number or other new SIM numbers.

Internet Quota can be used in all cities in Indonesia and on 2G/3G/4G/5G networks without time limits.
The eSIM quota bonus is an additional quota bonus consisting of Internet Quota and YouTube Quota.
YouTube Quota can be used to access the YouTube application.
Data packages are based on quota, if the quota runs out, it will consume other internet packages or be charged a basic internet rate of Rp100/20Kb.
The quota will not accumulate in the following month.
The total quota is valid for 30 days.
The package will be automatically extended for 12 months.
The BundlingMAX Galaxy package quota can only be used on any variant of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Series smartphone (Whitelist IMEI).

In running its services, Telkomsel has the right at any time to renew services, close services, increase/decrease rates and quotas and quality of package services with considerations, including:
1. Determined by the authorities.
2. The service is no longer in accordance with current developments and technology.
3. The service is no longer used and the service will be transferred to a similar service.
4. Other considerations deemed appropriate and proper by Telkomsel.
By renewing a service, the customer agrees to release Telkomsel from all claims and legal responsibilities arising from the policies as referred to.
