How to activate BundlingMAX

This package activation is only valid using Telkomsel PraBayar bundling SIM card with the smartphone intended for this bundling.
Register your SIM card via SMS 4444 before activating the package.
Make sure you have enough credit balance or top up your balance.
Dial *363*23# using your new Telkomsel number with your new smartphone.
Choose the “Bundling” menu, and then go to the “BundlingMAX” menu.
According to your location, you’ll find BundlingMAX with up to 18GB at a Rp0 price for the first activation only and then Rp40,000 for your next activation.
Confirm by replying “1. Beli” (Buy).
You will receive a successful BundlingMAX activation notification via SMS.
You can also activate this package through the MyTelkomsel App by accessing MyTelkomsel – Buy Package – Internet – BundlingMAX – select BundlingMAX package available on that page.
You will receive a notification via MyTelkomsel when the BundlingMAX package activation is successful.

How to activate New Customer Quota

New Customer Quota can only be activated after you have successfully purchased the BundlingMAX package.
New Customer Quota can be activated through the MyTelkomsel App by opening the app – Buy Package – Internet – BundlingMAX page.
Choose the quota available to claim.
You will receive a notification via MyTelkomsel when the package activation is successful.

Package activation via UMB *363*23# and MyTelkomsel App can only be done using a Telkomsel PraBayar (prepaid) bundling card that has been active and is not within the grace period, as well as using the smartphone intended for this bundling with a registered IMEI.
BundlingMAX package purchases can be made for 24 hours and can be consumed for 30 days.
Each pair of numbers and IMEI can activate the BundlingMAX package a maximum of 5 times per month for 12 months from the time the card is activated.
The Main Quota consists of All-Network Quota and Local App Quota which can be used on all Telkomsel networks.
All-Network Quota can be used all across Indonesia, while Local Quota can be used in certain area where you activate the package.
Local App Quota can be used to access WhatsApp, LINE, GamesMAX, MusicMAX, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Zoom in certain areas where you activate the package.

The data package is based on quota. If the quota is used up, it will consume other internet packages or be subject to a basic internet tariff of Rp100/20Kb.
The quota will not be accumulated in the following month.
In carrying out its services, Telkomsel has the right at any time to renew services, close services, increase/decrease tariffs and quotas as well as package service quality with considerations, among others:
- Determined by the competent authority.
- The service is not in accordance with the times and the latest technology.
- The service is no longer used and the service will be transferred to a similar service.
- Other considerations deemed appropriate and appropriate by Telkomsel.

New Customer Quota’s validity period follows the BundlingMAX package’s validity period you’ve purchased before.
