If you have arrears to Telkomsel, you will be asked to pay off all the bills first before making Halo bundling transaction
If the customer’s data that has been validated and turns out to be valid, the customer will be asked to fill out the new Halo subscription form at the store.

The package price excludes 10% tax and apply full-rate.
Program is available for new customers
Credit Limit Service (CLS) will be automatically set to Rp 1,- during contract period. If customers want to upgrade CLS, please visit nearest Grapari.
Customers are not allowed to change the package when the Halo Device Plan subscription contract is still active. Customers can buy Extra Quota package when the quota has been all used up.
After the subscription ends, the package will be switched to regular Halo package. For more details: telkomsel.com/halo
If customers decide to terminate the Halo number, the number will be deactivated. If they want to reactivate the number, they must pay all the overdue bills and the remaining bundling package quota cannot be returned. The package will be switched to regular Halo.
