Additional Information

Telkomsel Halo and the exclusive Telkomsel Halo Co-Brand package are Telkomsel products and part of the UOB Telkomsel Credit Card Co-Brand partnership between UOB and Telkomsel, and should not be seen as UOB products.
Upon approval of a UOB Telkomsel Credit Card application, customers must:
- Telkomsel Halo and the exclusive Telkomsel Halo Co-Brand package are Telkomsel products and part of the UOB Telkomsel Credit Card Co-Brand partnership between UOB and Telkomsel, and should not be seen as UOB products.
- Upon approval of a UOB Telkomsel Credit Card application, customers must:
- Use Telkomsel Halo: Telkomsel Prepaid users will automatically be switched to Telkomsel Halo (no reconfirmation needed) with the same number. The prepaid package will be replaced by the Telkomsel Halo package, and non-Telkomsel users will receive a Telkomsel Halo offer;
- Agree to automatic enrollment in the Telkomsel Halo billing service as mentioned in 2a via UOB Bill Payment;
- Continue using Telkomsel Halo and UOB Bill Payment services to keep enjoying the benefits of the UOB Telkomsel Credit Card. If the customer cancels these services, their UOB Telkomsel Credit Card will be converted to another UOB card, as per UOB regulations.
- UOB will share the customer's personal data with Telkomsel for verification, migration, and Telkomsel Halo service offers as outlined in point 2.
- Non-Telkomsel users have 90 days from the approval of the UOB Credit Card to activate the exclusive Telkomsel Halo Co-Brand package.

Applies to new UOB Telkomsel Credit Card applicants who have never had a UOB Credit Card or closed their UOB Credit Card at least 1 year ago.
Cashback up to Rp1,000,000 is given under these conditions:
- Rp500,000 cashback for customers applying for the main UOB Telkomsel Credit Card and getting approval.
- An extra Rp500,000 for customers applying with an additional or supplementary card and getting approval.
Cashback is given if the customer activates their UOB Telkomsel Credit Card and spends at least Rp500,000 on each main and additional card (if applicable) within 90 days of card approval.
Only retail, Cash Advance, and registered offline/online merchant transactions are eligible. Installments and UOB Bill Payment transactions are excluded.
Cashback will be credited within 30 working days after fulfilling the program’s Terms and Conditions.
The UOB Telkomsel Credit Card must be active, with no arrears or permanent blocks when cashback is issued.
UOB can cancel cashback if there are suspicious transactions, misuse, fraud, or any legal violations that breach these Terms and Conditions or UOB’s general terms.
These Terms and Conditions may change based on UOB Indonesia’s policy with prior notice to customers.

Customers are still required to pay an 11% VAT on the initial package price + Rp1 (provided there is no excess usage). An example is as follows:

A customer is interested in the Telkomsel Halo UOB Program with the Halo⁺ bold Rp1 (50GB) package.
The agent will activate the Halo⁺ bold 100K package with a Rp9,999 discount.
On the customer’s Halo billing, a charge of Rp100,000 will appear, which will be discounted by Rp9,999, resulting in Rp90,001. Adding 11% VAT, the total becomes Rp99,901.
When the UOB Credit Card is active and auto-payment is successful, a cashback of Rp90,000 will be given on the UOB Credit Card bill, so the remaining amount the customer needs to pay is Rp99,901 - Rp90,000 = Rp9,901 (this simulation assumes there is no excess usage).

Tax (VAT) is an obligation that must be paid by the customer, calculated based on the initial package value after deducting the Halo bill discount (Rp9,999 to Rp15,000) depending on the chosen package.
The above simulation assumes the customer does not have any excess usage. If there is excess usage, it will follow the amount of the bill.

Application period: September 10, 2024 – December 2025.
Open to new UOB Telkomsel Credit Card customers.
After approval, customers get Rp90,000 cashback monthly on their Telkomsel Halo bills for 12 months. If the customer doesn’t have a Telkomsel number, Telkomsel will offer and activate a Halo number so they can receive the cashback.
Cashback is credited to the UOB Telkomsel Credit Card where the Bill Payment is registered.
Cashback is credited the following month after the auto-debit for the Telkomsel Halo Bill Payment is processed.
The UOB Telkomsel Credit Card must be active, with current status, and not blocked when cashback is issued.

- Customers with an average transaction of at least Rp7,500,000 in the last 3 months will get the Southeast Asia RoaMAX Internet Package for 7 days, valid in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Brunei Darussalam, Myanmar, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Timor Leste.

Eligible transactions include retail, Cash Advances, and offline or online purchases registered in the UOB system. Installments and Bill Payments do not count.
Customers who qualify will receive a notification from UOB via email, SMS, or TMRW Apps.
Customers must activate their RoaMAX Package bonus within 60 days of receiving notification, with a submission deadline of 5 working days before activation.
The RoaMAX Package Bonus will activate at 00:00 WIB (GMT+7) on the specified date and can be seen in the MyTelkomsel app as long as the Halo number is active.
Customers cannot change or cancel the RoaMAX Package bonus activation.
UOB can reject applications that do not meet the Terms and Conditions.
Complaints about this program must be submitted within 30 days of the application for the roaming package.
