Billing cycle is the period of time when the Telkomsel Halo is used, which will be accumulated into a bill at the end of the period. Bills will be sent to customers every month, precisely at the end of each Telkomsel Halo billing cycle.

Choose your billing cycle

Currently, you can choose one of the following billing cycles:

• The 1^st of every month.
• The 6^th of every month.
• The 11^th of every month.
• The 16^th of every month.
• The 20^th of every month.

You can make Telkomsel Halo payments during the payment period, which is for approximately 15 days from the time the bill comes out until the bill is due.
