Visit Erafone Outlet

Visit the Erafone outlets selected to participate in this program (see the list).

Prepare the Documents

Prepare your ID card and Family Card number and bring them to the Erafone outlet. The data will be used to validate your eligibility to purchase Halo●Kick! Gold Bundling Packages.

Wait for the Validation Process

If your data could not be validated (because of overdue bills to Telkomsel), you will be asked to pay the bills first.
After you are deemed to be valid, you will be asked to fill the new kartuHalo subscription form before paying the new smartphone and Halo●Kick! Gold Bundling Packages at the cashier.

Congratulations, Your Transaction is Successful!

After completing the payment, you will receive the smartphone and kartuHalo. The staff will explain that your kartuHalo package will be active in 3 x 24 hours.

Halo●Kick! Gold Bundling Package is valid from March 9th, 2019 at all Erafone outlet.

Can all Telkomsel customers purchase Halo●Kick! Gold Bundling Package?

Halo●Kick! Gold Bundling Package is valid for new kartuHalo customers or those who are verified to migrate from prepaid (simPATI, KARTU As, Loop) to postpaid (kartuHalo) who do not have any overdue bill of kartuHalo.

Can I change to other operator during the contract period?

No, you cannot change operator during the contract period.

How do I see the status of my quota usage?

You can see the status of your quota usage through MyTelkomsel App or my.telkomsel.com.

Can voice and SMS quotas in the Halo●Kick! Gold Bundling Package be used to other operators?

No, voice and SMS quotas in Halo●Kick! Gold Bundling Package can only be used to Telkomsel's fellow numbers. If you want to make phone calls & send SMS to other operators, then you will be charged with the basic tariff and will be recorded as excess usage.

How do I call or send SMS to other operator numbers?

You have to visit the nearest GraPARI to change your usage limit if you want to be able to contact other operator numbers. You will be charged with the basic tariff and will be recorded as excess usage.

What if I stop subscribing within a period of Halo●Kick! Gold Bundling Package?

Your bundling number will be deactivated. If you want the number to be reactivated, then you have to pay the overdue bill and the Halo●Kick! Gold Bundling Package will automatically be changed into Halo∙Kick! Regular. The previous Halo●Kick! Gold Bundling Package cannot be reactivated.

Entertainment quota can only be used to access: MAXstream, GamesMAX, and MusicMAX (does not include premium subscription).

MAXstream: MAXstream app, HOOQ, VIU, Nickelodeon Play.
GamesMAX: Clash of Clans, Crisis Action, LINE Let’s Get Rich,Vainglory, Seven Knight.
MusicMAX: JOOX, LangitMusik, Smule, Prambors, Gen FM.

Customers are not allowed to change the package during the subscription contract. Customers can buy Extra Quota package when the quota has been all used up.
After the package/contract period ended, the package will automatically change to Halo.Kick! Gold. Get further info on www.telkomsel.com/halockick.
If customers with one-time scheme stop the subscription and terminate their contract, their number will be deactivated.
If you want to reactivate your number, you have to pay the overdue bills and the remaining quota of the previous bundling package cannot be returned. The package will automatically change to Halo.Kick! Gold regular.
For customers with one-time scheme, the CLS (Credit Limit Service) will be set to Rp1 and the International Roaming will be deactivated. If you want to change the CLS and activate International Roaming feature, you have to bring ID card and Family Card number to GraPARI to be revalidated.
