What is Telkomsel Health package?
Telkomsel Health package (“Paket Sehat Telkomsel 2GB”) is a data package from Telkomsel that offers 1.5GB internet quota and 500MB Halodoc quota, equipped with 1x teleconsultation with a doctor and 1x prescribed medicine purchase from Halodoc.
How do I activate this package?
You can activate this package via MyTelkomsel App.
How long is the validity period of this package?
The validity period of this package is 30 days. If you repurchase the package within 15 days after your previous Halodoc benefit expires, you can extend the benefits of teleconsultation and prescribed medicine purchase from that previous package.
How long can I extend the teleconsultation and medicine benefits?
If you keep repurchasing the Telkomsel Health package within 15 days after your previous Halodoc benefit expires, you can keep extending the benefits for a maximum of 360 days – counted from your first purchase of the package.
What happens if I activate a Telkomsel Health package beyond 15 days after my previous Halodoc benefit expires?
You will get the new benefit of teleconsultation and prescribed medicine purchase, but your previous benefits from the previous purchase will expire and can’t be used.
If my package quota runs out before the validity period ends, can I repurchase it?
You can repurchase it before the previous validity period ends, but you can’t extend your Halodoc benefit’s validity period.
How many teleconsultations and prescribed medicine benefits will I get?
It depends on how many active benefits you currently have. You can check your remaining benefits via Halodoc app.
Is Telkomsel Health package available for Telkomsel Halo (postpaid) customers?
No, this package is only available for Telkomsel PraBayar (prepaid) customers.
How much is the maximum coverage for the teleconsultation?
The maximum covered fee is Rp25,000/consultation with a General Practitioner and Rp50,000/consultation with a Specialist.
How much is the maximum coverage for the prescribed medicine benefit?
The maximum covered fee for prescribed medicine is Rp100,000/transaction, not including the delivery fee.
What if the transaction amount is above the maximum covered fee for teleconsultation or medicine?
You can pay the excess amount using the available payment methods on Halodoc app.
Can I use the teleconsultation and the medicine benefit separately?
You can use the teleconsultation benefit without the medicine benefit. However, you can only use the medicine benefit after you get a prescription through a teleconsultation with a doctor at Halodoc.
Can I repurchase this package before the validity period ends, and how about the Halodoc benefit?
You can purchase a maximum of 6 packages within 180 days. If you exceed the purchase limit within the active period of Halodoc benefit, you will only get the data package without the accumulation of Halodoc benefits.
Can I transfer the benefits to another mobile phone number?
No, the benefits are only available for the mobile phone number you use to purchase the package.
