How to subscribe to Hybrid Box

Subscribe via IndiHome website

1. Visit the IndiHome website on this page, then click Subscribe.
2. Enter the email or mobile number registered to your MyTelkomsel account, click Login.
3. Enter the OTP code sent via SMS to your mobile phone number.
4. On the Additional STB page, select Hybrid Box.
5. In the column on the right, select your IndiHome service number. Check your billing details. Then, check the confirmation of the Terms & Conditions, click Lanjutkan (Continue).
6. Enter the OTP code sent via SMS.
7. Additional Hybrid Box (STB) is activated successfully.
