During our system upgrade on Monday, October 11^th, 2021 at 23:00 Jakarta Time until Tuesday, October 12^th at 02:35 Jakarta Time. The upgrade process will affect top-up credits or purchasing any package from any Fintech partner channels or using Telkomsel Virtual Assistant (Veronika), and other activities on the MyTelkomsel App. Please do any top-up credits, package purchases, or other activities before or after the schedule. We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience.
