Who can use V-NSP?

The V-NSP service can be used by:

  • All Telkomsel PraBayar (prepaid) and Halo (postpaid) customers.
  • Android device users with a minimum OS version of 9.0.
  • Users of the MyTelkomsel App version 8.6 or later.
  • Currently, the service does not support iOS devices for playback. However, users can purchase content so that Android callers with V-NSP enabled can view it. Support for iOS devices is under development.

How to use V-NSP
  1. Download the MyTelkomsel App: Ensure you have installed the MyTelkomsel App version 8.6.2 from the Google Play Store.
  2. Log in to Your Account: Sign in using your Telkomsel number.
  3. Access the Mall menu.
  4. Select the V-NSP Service:
    • Grant Permissions: Allow the V-NSP app to access contacts, notifications, and floating display settings.
    • Choose a Video: Select a video from the catalog based on your preferences.
    • Make a Payment: Select a subscription plan (3 days, 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days).
    • Confirm Payment via Balance: Complete the payment using your Telkomsel balance.
    • Enjoy the Service: The video will automatically activate as your ringback tone, visible to callers (specifically those using Android devices with V-NSP enabled).

  • 3 Days = Rp3,330
  • 7 Days = Rp 5,550
  • 14 Days = Rp 9,990

  1. Open the MyTelkomsel App.
  2. Select the Profile menu in the top-left corner.
  3. Go to Connected Services.
  4. Select the number linked to V-NSP.
  5. Access the Packages and Subscriptions section, then choose the option to unsubscribe.
