Selected customers will receive offers related to this program via SMS and WhatsApp.
Settle your Paket Darurat bills via any channel.
After successfully paying the Paket Darurat bills, the first 1,000 customers who have settled their bills will receive a link via SMS to choose their desired prize.
Complete a post-survey and choose the desired prize.
Get your reward.

How to pay Paket Darurat bills

Payment is automatically deducted from the customer's credit balance when topping up, receiving credit transfers, when the package's validity period expires, when purchasing other data packages, or through other billing mechanisms determined by Telkomsel.
For self-payment, it can be done through UMB & MyTelkomsel App.

The program applies to selected Telkomsel PraBayar (prepaid) customers who meet the eligibility criteria based on Telkomsel's policy.
This program is valid from June 24 – November 30, 2024.
The program applies to customers who have paid their Paket Darurat bills.
Selected customers will receive promo information via SMS and WhatsApp.
After successfully paying the Paket Darurat bills, customers who are among the first 1,000 will have the opportunity to choose their desired prize through a link sent via SMS.
The prize delivery process will be completed within a maximum of 30 working days from the end of the program period. Winners will not incur any charges.
Telkomsel reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions and/or terminate the promo without prior notice.
Telkomsel reserves the right to withhold and/or cancel prizes and/or restrict services, temporarily or permanently, to users at any time, including in cases of abuse, fraud, and/or other suspicious activities.
Be cautious of fraud attempts using Telkomsel's name. Telkomsel is not responsible for any losses caused by such fraudulent activities.
