Private Folder allows you to secure confidential content including photos, documents, videos and more, right on their mobile devices. Private Folder requires PIN and biometrics in order to access, keeping your most personal content organized and safe from prying eyes.

How to activate the package

Open the MyTelkomsel App and select the “Study/Work” menu.
Choose the Cloud Storage Capsyl 100GB Package.
Review your order and press “Buy Now”.
You will receive 2 SMS notifications, one from Telkomsel and one from Capsyl.
Open the SMS from the Capsyl, then click the URL link to activate your cloud storage benefits.
You will be directed to the Capsyl account registration form.
Enter your email address and password.
Check your email inbox and click the link sent in the email to verify your account. Your account is now ready.
Download the Capsyl app and log in using your account.
Select all the data you want to back up and start using Capsyl.

After purchasing the package, customers will receive a link via SMS for Capsyl account registration.
Capsyl account can only be used with the email that has been registered on the Capsyl registration form.
Cloud Storage Capsyl Package is valid until 23:59 on the last day of the validity period.
The Cloud Storage Capsyl Package purchase service period is in accordance with the details of each package.
Renewal and termination of services by Telkomsel is carried out with prior notification on Telkomsel’s official communication channels (landing page, SMS, and e-mail) while still paying attention to your rights as a consumer.
Capsyl Cloud Storage package quota and benefits will not be accumulated.
The price of the package is subject to change in accordance with the price regulations implemented by Telkomsel.
