Who is eligible for a Telkomsel One Dynamic subscription?
Customers who can subscribe to One Dynamic have at least 1 (one) Telkomsel PraBayar (prepaid) number and are not currently part of another active Kuota Keluarga.

Can an Admin add, remove, or change the Members?
Can Kuota Keluarga Admin be changed?
No, Admin cannot change to Member as long as the Telkomsel One Dynamic service is still valid. Members also cannot change to Admin while the package is still valid.
Is there a minimum or maximum limit on the number of Members allowed in the Kuota Keluarga?
Minimum 2 numbers (1 Admin + 1 Member) and maximum 3 numbers (1 Admin + 2 Members). For the record, Admin must use a prepaid number.
Can data quota be allocated to individual Members? For example, the Admin wants to allocate 10GB for him/herself and limit each member to a maximum of 20GB.
Sorry, it is not possible to limit each member's use. However, Admin can allocate quota only for him/herself. The remaining quota will be consumed collectively on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Can Admin sign up an existing Telkomsel number as a Member into the Telkomsel One Dynamic Kuota Keluarga?
Yes, as long as the other Telkomsel number is not a by.U number and has not previously subscribed to SMOOA or Kuota Keluarga.
How do I see the remaining Kuota Keluarga?
Admin and Members can check the remaining quota via the MyTelkomsel App. The only quota that can be checked is the overall Kuota Keluarga.
Can Members still purchase other mobile packages when subscribing to Telkomsel One Dynamic?
Yes, you can still subscribe to other mobile plans.
If the internet quota in the Kuota Keluarga runs out, can I or other members still use Telkomsel internet services?
You must purchase regular internet service for each Telkomsel card to continue using the internet. You can choose an internet package that suits your needs.
How do I know whether my home can get the IndiHome network or not?
After you register, a technician will contact you to schedule an installation time and advise you about eligibility. However, please note that even though your home is covered by the IndiHome network, there is still a possibility that the network is not available. In this case, you will receive Orbit services instead.
Can I transfer IndiHome services to Telkomsel One Dynamic?
No, because this is a special offer.
What is the minimum subscription period for Telkomsel One Dynamic?
The Telkomsel One Dynamic service subscription contract is a minimum of 12 (twelve) months after the One Dynamic service is active. The status becomes active after successful installation of fixed broadband or Orbit services.
If the customer decides to stop subscribing before the contract expires, they will be subject to a fine of Rp1,000,000.
Can I unsubscribe from certain parts of Telkomsel One Dynamic? For example, only Kuota Keluarga or Home Internet service?
No, because this is a special bundling offer, you cannot unsubscribe from just a specific part of the package.
