Temperature-check
Check your body temperature 3x a day. Normal body temperature should be 36.5 – 37.5°C.

Heart rate-check
Check your heart rate/pulse 3x a day after breakfast, lunch, and before bed time. Normal heart rate should be 60-100x/minute. Fever or body exercises will increase your heart rate. Make sure you take a rest for 15 minutes before checking your heart rate.

Take medications
Take your medications regularly and on time as directed. Medicines also contain multivitamins to boost your recovery.

Wear surgical mask
Keep wearing a surgical mask during quarantine.

Wash hands regularly
Wash your hands regularly with soap under running water. If it isn’t possible, use disinfectant with 70% alcohol content.

Check O2 saturation
Check your oxygen saturation (SpO2) 3x a day after breakfast, lunch, and before bed time. Normal saturation should be above 95%.

Record your condition
Record the condition of your breathing for 1 minute. Send the video along with your body temperature, heart rate, and SpO2 reports to the doctor every day.

Contact ER
If your condition deteriorates which is indicated by heavy breathing, high body temperature, and dehydration, proceed to the Emergency Room asap.

Distancing
Keep a distance with your caretaker.

Sunbathe
Take 15 minutes to sunbathe while doing light exercises, if necessary. Make sure it’s safe for your caretaker.

Stay calm
Don’t panic and manage your stress. A happy heart is a good medicine.
