In addition to subject to the terms and conditions of use of Telkomsel products at https://www.telkomsel.com/en/terms-and-conditions, by using this Google Mobile Data Plan services, you are giving your consent to Telkomsel to:

  1. Submitting information related to (i) The name of your active Telkomsel data package number; (ii) The remaining active data packet quota for your Telkomsel number; and (iii) The validity period of your active Telkomsel number data package ("Information") to Google with mechanisms and systems that have been determined by Telkomsel and will be developed from time to time.
  2. Storing, processing and analyzing information directly by Telkomsel and/or third parties as stipulated in the applicable laws and regulations.

Information is provided in order to fulfill the Google Mobile Data Plan services objectives, which is to make it easier for you to understand, use and improve the use of your Telkomsel data plan. Hereby Telkomsel still guarantees the confidentiality of your information.

Mobile Data Plan (MDP) is a feature inside Android’s system that can be used for Telkomsel customers to check their remaining data quota and purchase Telkomsel data packages.

Can all Telkomsel customers use Mobile Data Plan (MDP) feature?

No, MDP can only be used by selected Telkomsel customers who use Android smartphone with 5.0 (Lollipop) version or above.

What are the benefits of Mobile Data Plan (MDP)?

Customers can access:

  1. Their remaining quota Information, the package’s name and the package’s validity
  2. Data package purchase available on MDP’s menu.
  3. MDP notification. E.g.: When you are running out of data quota, you will be notified.

How do I activate Mobile Data Plan (MDP) feature for the first time?

MDP will be active for the first time on your smartphone when the Google system sends a notification about this feature. The notification will be displayed for 48 hours until the user chooses to continue or deactivate this feature.

If you have previously used MDP and the cache is still stored, then MDP can be used. Meanwhile, if you have never used MDP, then the MDP page will not appear (cannot be used).

If I use a smartphone with dual SIM, which data will be read on the Mobile Data Plan (MDP) page?

The main data is always the operator data used in the SIM-1 slot, although the active network is SIM-2. The same applies to the case if using a different operator, the data that will be read is the operator data used in the SIM-1 slot.
