Electronic Bill PIN Changes

Dear kartuHalo customers,

Starting from September 11th, 2020, the electronic bill (eBill) for kartuHalo (Consumer type) users can be opened using a new PIN. The format of the new PIN will be informed inside the email together with your eBill every month.

What is eBill?

eBill or Electronic Billing is a bill information summary and also transaction details during 1 billing cycle for kartuHalo customers. The transaction details include package activation, phone call duration, number that you called, and other digital content activations. You will receive your eBill via email every month.

What is eBill PIN?

eBill PIN is a 6-digit number used to open the eBill which is provided by Telkomsel.

How do I check my eBill PIN?

  • Send a message to 111 with the following format: pin(space)ebill
  • Please be aware that “pin ebill” must be in a lowercase format.

What if I cannot open my eBill using the new PIN?

Please contact us through Veronika (Telkomsel Virtual Assistant) or GraPARI.

Can I use my new PIN to open my previous eBill?

No, you cannot.

Can I have another eBill PIN format?

No, you cannot.
