Special Starter Pack

Telkomsel presents a new Starter Pack SIM Card with a special number, where customers will automatically get a package with a total quota of 260GB for 12 months (20GB/month for 12 months) as well as an extension of the card’s active period of up to 3 years after registration and confirmation of quota receipt.

The additional data quota will be obtained automatically with the following steps:

1. The customer has received a Special Number Starter Pack SIM Card.
2. Register your prepaid number via *444#.
3. Customers will receive an SMS notification of successful registration.
4. Customers will receive an SMS notification of the 20GB internet package for 30 days.
5. Customers will also get an SMS notification of the additional 20GB/30 days for 12 months.

The additional data quota can also be claimed manually via *363# or MyTelkomsel App.

   1. Dial *363#
   2. Choose 1, to claim the Special Number bonus
   3. Select “1. Buy"
   4. Claim and confirm the Special Number bonus
   5. Get an SMS notification that the Special Number bonus claim has been successful
2. How to claim via MyTelkomsel
   1. Open the MyTelkomsel App
   2. Select “Buy Internet Package”
   3. Select “Claim Quota”
   4. Select "Additional Special Number Quota"
   5. Go to purchase notifications
   6. Get an SMS notification that the Special Number bonus claim has been successful
