This program is an official lucky draw program for participants who have fulfilled the terms and conditions of the program. Participants who wish to participate in this program are required to read, understand and comply with the terms and conditions outlined below, including any changes made by Telkomsel from time to time ("Terms and Conditions").

1. When participating in this program, participants and/or winners agree to comply with and comply with the terms and conditions and rules imposed by Telkomsel.
2. The organizer has the right to change the date, mechanism, and/or terms and conditions of the program, as long as the concept and value are more or less the same as those currently described, without prior notification or compensation in any form to the participants and/or any party. In the event of force majeure or other material considerations, the organizer can cancel the implementation of the program without the obligation to provide notification and/or compensation to any party.
3. All matters related to the program are the responsibility of the official organizing committee appointed by Telkomsel.
4. The organizer has the right to replace the prize with a different type or specification with equivalent value, if circumstances occur beyond the organizer's responsibility or control, such as the condition of the item being the prize no longer being produced or withdrawn from the market, stock availability running out or limited, and so on.
5. Participants who have become winners can be declared disqualified as winners if:
   • Cannot be contacted by the organizer for verification purposes within 1 day;
   • Unable to provide complete supporting documents during the verification process, such as photocopies of Identity Card (KTP) or other related documents to fulfill applicable administrative requirements, according to the time period provided by the organizer;
   • Violates these terms and conditions.
6. In connection with the matter in point 5, participants agree to waive their rights as winners in receiving prizes and will release the organizers from claims and/or demands for awarding prizes in any form in the future.
7. The organizer has the right to verify and/or check the validation of participant data and the following matters:
   • Disqualify any participant or winner;
   • Refuse or cancel the prize if the participant or winner is suspected of committing fraud or violating these terms and conditions in any form. In this case, the winner must return the prize given to Telkomsel.
8. Prizes are not for sale and/or cannot be exchanged for cash or anything else, either in whole or in part.
9. This program is free of charge. If there is a party on behalf of the organizer who charges fees, rewards and/or the like to participants and/or winners, then it can be ascertained that this is not true and is fraud.
10. The organizer will not be responsible if fraud and/or other criminal acts occur in the name of this program. Therefore, participants are asked to be careful and alert to fraud and/or other criminal acts that may be in the name of this program, and always ensure they are in contact with the official organizers regarding the running of the program.
11. Telkomsel is not responsible for the following matters:
    • Any abuse of privacy resulting in widespread distribution of included material into the digital realm is beyond Telkomsel's fault;
    • Comments are not suitable to be submitted because they contain elements of ethnic, religion, race, and class defamation, pornography, fraud, and/or violations of other legal provisions which are widespread on social media.
12. Every participant who takes part in this program guarantees that any information provided is true, correct and accurate during the program period.
13. By participating in this program, participants give permission to Telkomsel to:
    • Process, store, use, publish or/or display personal data of participants (and each winner, including name, photo, identity number, address, telephone number) for the purposes of publication and/or winner verification;
    • Contact participants via direct message, e-mail, telephone and/or SMS;
    • Process participants' personal data from anywhere (including via databases accessed remotely or from another country); and/or disclose participants' personal information to service providers for Telkomsel and/or Telkomsel affiliates to do the above as well as to authorized parties (if required by applicable law in the Republic of Indonesia).
14. This program only applies to end customers/direct users of Telkomsel products and is not intended for distributors, outlets, employees of PT Telekomunikasi Selular, or third parties who run the program.
15. This program is open to all citizens of the Republic of Indonesia who are 17 years old, have an ID Card (KTP), and live in Indonesia. For participants under 17 years of age, they must be represented by a parent or legal guardian.
16. Telkomsel will not use, publish or display the personal data of any participant and/or winner for advertising purposes, without prior approval from the participant and/or winner.
17. Telkomsel reserves the right at any time to change these terms and conditions. These changes will be effective immediately after posting via @Indihome and @MyTelkomsel.
18. All participants who take part in this program have agreed to all the terms and conditions mentioned above knowingly, voluntarily, and without the slightest element of coercion from any party.

1. All winners will be announced no later than July 31, 2024 via @Indihome and @MyTelkomsel. and will be contacted directly by Telkomsel.
2. Winners must send personal data via Instagram Direct Message to @Indihome and @MyTelkomsel. Attention! Telkomsel only informs winners via the official Instagram accounts: @Indihome and @MyTelkomsel.
3. Lucky draw prizes and Instagram giveaway prizes will be sent a maximum of 60 working days after the deadline for confirming winner data.
4. Prizes cannot be cashed.
5. The decision to select the winner cannot be contested.
