HOW TO JOIN
  1. To join this Telkomsel POIN Goes to Amsterdam program, customer needs to redeem 100 Telkomsel POIN by SMS type: GOAMSTERDAM send to 777.
  2. Customer can redeem Telkomsel POIN repeatedly and as much as their Telkomsel POIN is enough to be redeemed.
PROGRAM CONDITIONS
  1. TELKOMSEL POIN GOES TO AMSTERDAM program is valid for all Telkomsel costumers (kartuHalo, simPATI, Kartu As, Loop).
  2. This program starts from 1 February until 30 April 2018.
  3. This program will be held at all Telkomsel Branch in Sumatra Area.
  4. Registration is not required for this program. Costumer only needs to redeem their Telkomsel POIN and who can redemmed the most POIN at the end of the program will directly get the prize.
  5. The prize is two tickets Jakarta – Amsterdam – Jakarta. The winner must be the most Telkomsel POIN's redeemer who lives in Sumatra Area.
  6. Winner announcement will be held in the second week after the program period ends and will be loaded at www.telkomsel.com/promo.
  7. The winner will be contacted by Telkomsel and will get SMS about the winner information (free of charge).
  8. The winner has to send their data, such as name and copies of identity KTP/SIM which is still avail to the nearest GraPARI that will be announced by Telkomsel officers.
  9. The Rewards cannot be cash-ed.
TERMS TO BE THE WINNER
  1. Not a customer of Executive Corporate kartuHalo & Non Human.
  2. At the announcement, the winner's phone number has to be active.
  3. Telkomsel employees and Their family are not eligible to participate.

Telkomsel POIN goes to Amsterdam is a POIN Racing program with Telkomsel POIN service where all Telkomsel subscribers can join the program by redeeming as much their Telkomsel POIN for direct prize (without drawing). The most redeemer will be picked as the winner.

When does the Program start?

The program starts from 1 February until 30 April 2018.

What are the processes should customer take to participate in this program?

  1. Customer can use an activated new prime or existing existing prime either its postpaid or prepaid and at the time of this program they are at Sumatra Area.
  2. Customer collect Telkomsel POIN as much as possible by:
    1. Prepaid subscribers (simPATI / Kartu As / Loop), charge minimal  Rp 5,000 (multiples apply) get 1 Telkomsel POIN.
    2. Postpaid subscriber (kartuHalo), usage / bills minimal Rp 5.000 (multiples apply) earns 3 Telkomsel POIN.
  3. Costumer simply redeem their 100 Telkomsel POIN by SMS: GOAMSTERDAM send to 777.
  4. Customer who redeemed the most POIN will be the winner.
  5. Customer who redeemed the most POIN will get two round trip tickets from Jakarta to Amsterdam (Jakarta - Amsterdam – Jakarta).

What is the difference between Racing Program POIN with similar prize programs?

  1. The Racing POIN Program does not require registration and only valid for Sumatra. Customer simply redeem their Telkomsel POIN. The customer who redemmed most of their Telkomsel POIN will get the prize.
  2. This program doesn’t use votting process to pick the winner.

What is the prize for the most Telkomsel POIN redeemer?

  1. Two round trip tickets from Jakarta to Amsterdam (Jakarta - Amsterdam Jakarta).
  2. The winner will only get accommodation for plane tickets. The hotels needs, transportation cost from hometown, Visa and others are not provided by Telkomsel.
  3. The period of departure is until May 2018.

When will the prize be given to the winner?

  1. The Prize will be given on the 2nd Week of May 2018.
  2. If the winner didn’t confirm to the Grapari for 14 days after the announcement then the prize will be given to the second position of the chart.

Where will the costumer get the information about this program?

GraPARI and GraPARI Mitra service offices throughout Sumatra, Website http://www.telkomsel.com/promo, Social media, and Call center 188.

How to take the prize?

  1. Customer who win will be contacted by Telkomsel and will received broadcast SMS from "Telkomsel".
  2. Customer will be directed to the nearest GraPARI by carrying a confirmed Telkomsel number as a winner and a copy of a valid ID.
  3. If the winner is unable to go, the winner may authorize the person by creating a power of attorney stamp of Rp 6,000, - and shall also include a copy of the identity card of the grantor and the assignee.
  4. The winner has to send All files that have passed the verification to Telkomsel Area (via email).
  5. The prize will be sent directly to the winner’s adress or the nearest GraPARI around without taxes or any fees.
