This program is only available for new customers who sign up for any IndiHome package via IndiHome x Superbank landing page and complete the registration until the service is active during the program period.
For the first 10,000 customers who register until the service is active, you will receive information from the Telkomsel Official WhatsApp account which contains program information, a link to download the Superbank application, and a special referral code to carry out the process of opening a Superbank account
After installing the app, input the referral code to get a cashback of Rp25,000 which will be sent to your Superbank account.
In addition, you can get extra cashback of Rp75,000 by topping up your Superbank account worth Rp250,000 and keeping it in for 7 days.
You will get the cashback on the next day which will be sent to your Superbank account after keeping your balance for 7 days.
You are required to input the same mobile phone number when registering any IndiHome package and Superbank.

What is IndiHome x Superbank program?
A program that offers a cashback promo of up to Rp100,000 for new customers who subscribe to any IndiHome package and open a Superbank account. This program is valid for the first 10,000 customers during the period.
When is this program available?
The program is valid from September 2 – December 31, 2024 or as long as the cashback quota is available.
Why didn't I succeed in getting cashback even though I have followed all the steps?
If you don't get the cashback, it means that the program's cashback quota has run out or the program period has ended.
Can I join this program more than once?
This program can only be followed once and does not apply to multiples.

Prices do not include 11% VAT.
New Installation Fee (PSB) promo starts from 90% to free new installation fee from the normal price of Rp500,000 depending on the package selected.
For packages with New Installation Fee (PSB), PSB is paid after the IndiHome service device installation process is complete. Customers are not permitted to make cash payments other than at Telkomsel GraPARI.
IndiHome bills will be billed to customers every month on a postpaid basis and are prorated in the first month.
Customers can enjoy unlimited internet services, the most stable connection, the widest network in Indonesia, and a 24/7 service guarantee every day.
Some packages include access to Disney+ Hotstar at no additional cost and can be downloaded via the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Please check the additional Terms and Conditions regarding the Disney+ Hotstar service.
Some packages include access to OTT IndiHome TV, Catchplay, WeTV Iflix, or Vidio services at no additional cost.
The IndiHome subscription contract is valid for a minimum of 12 months after the IndiHome service is active. If the customer decides to stop subscribing before the contract period ends, a fine of Rp1,000,000 will be imposed.
Customers are prohibited from reselling, either part or all of the IndiHome service and are prohibited from transferring, changing, or misusing any IndiHome network and IndiHome service.
IndiHome provides ONT during the subscription.
Customers may be subject to stamp duty on IndiHome bill payments in accordance with applicable provisions. For complete information, check here.

IndiHome x Superbank Terms and Conditions
The IndiHome x Superbank program offers a cashback promo of up to IDR 100,000 for new customers who subscribe to IndiHome via the website and open a Superbank account.
The program is valid for the first 10,000 customers from September 2 to December 31, 2024.
The promo is valid with the following conditions:
The program can only be followed by new customers who subscribe to IndiHome via the landing page and complete registration until the service is active during the program period.
Valid for the first 10,000 customers who register until the service is active, customers will receive information from the Official Telkomsel WhatsApp account containing program information, a link to download the Superbank app, and a special referral code to open a Superbank account.
After installing the Superbank app, customers can continue the Superbank account opening process by entering the referral code that was previously sent by the Official Telkomsel WhatsApp, to get a cashback of Rp25,000 which will be sent to the customer's Superbank account.
In addition to getting Rp25,000 cashback by fulfilling the conditions of points a-c, customers can get extra cashback of Rp75,000 by topping up their balance to their Superbank account by Rp250,000 and holding the funds for 7 days.
Customers will get extra cashback on D+1 which will be sent to their Superbank account after the customer has held the funds for 7 days in their Superbank account.
Customers are required to enter the same mobile number when registering for the IndiHome package when registering on the Superbank app.
Customers are required to follow all stages and conditions of the promo mentioned in point 4 until completion to get cashback of up to Rp100,000 which will be sent to the customer's Superbank account.
If the customer does not get cashback from a successful transaction, it means that the program cashback quota has run out or the program period has ended.
Customers who have enjoyed the cashback as specified in the Terms and Conditions can only participate in this program once and multiples are not valid.
IndiHome prices do not include 11% VAT.
All forms of cashback/rewards/points/prizes received by customers must be reported in the Annual Tax Return. Tax consequences arising from negligence in reporting cashback/rewards/points/prizes are not the responsibility of Telkomsel and Superbank.
Telkomsel and Superbank have the right to change the applicable Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, including stopping/changing promos.
Account opening activities are provided directly by Superbank through the application provided by Superbank. Terms and conditions, as well as privacy policies for account opening activities, are entirely the responsibility and authority of Superbank. Telkomsel as the Indihome service provider is not responsible for anything related to these activities.
By participating in this program, customers have read, understood and agreed to all Terms and Conditions applicable at Telkomsel and Superbank, including the Banking Service Terms contained in the following link, and violations of the applicable Terms and Conditions may result in the cancellation of the intended cashback.
Any losses arising from your negligence or error in understanding or following the procedures and methods as stipulated in these provisions are entirely your responsibility.
Telkomsel and Superbank have the right to cancel the provision of cashback, or if necessary cancel transactions or freeze accounts, if there are indications of misuse by the user.
Telkomsel and Superbank have the right not to include customers in the next promo if there are acts of misuse, fraud, and/or other suspicious activities against the applicable Terms & Conditions.

Disney+ Hotstar Terms and Conditions
To be able to watch various shows on Disney+ Hotstar, you can download the Disney+ Hotstar app from the Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS), or on a home device (including Android TV, Chromecast, Apple TV) that supports it and log in using your mobile number registered with IndiHome. The IndiHome package (with Disney+ Hotstar access) is available for new IndiHome customers and existing customers who want to upgrade their package. Disney+ Hotstar is a paid subscription service (the applicable rate is Rp65,000/month (including VAT) or Rp450,000/year (including VAT)), which you will receive as part of the IndiHome Package (with Disney+ Hotstar access) at no extra cost. To become a Disney+ Hotstar subscriber, you must complete the steps for first-time login as mentioned in point 1.
When first logging in to Disney+ Hotstar, you need to create a Disney+ Hotstar account and accept the Disney+ Hotstar Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
By activating the Disney+ Hotstar Telkomsel package, you have agreed to:

Your Disney+ Hotstar subscription fee is non-refundable and access will begin when your IndiHome Package (with Disney+ Hotstar access) starts, regardless of whether you activate a Disney+ Hotstar subscription, and will continue until your Disney+ Hotstar subscription ends.
