All Telkomsel PraBayar (prepaid) and Telkomsel Halo (postpaid) customers can join this promo once during the promo period.

This promo is available from February 21 – 28, 2025.

1. Cashback of up to Rp25,000 is valid for package purchase and Halo bill payment via the MyTelkomsel App using ShopeePay payment method.
2. This promo is valid for Telkomsel PraBayar (prepaid) and Telkomsel Halo (postpaid) customers.
3. The minimum transaction to get cashback:
   • Minimum transaction of Rp20,000: cashback of 2,000 Shopee Coins
   • Minimum transaction of Rp60,000: cashback of 10,000 Shopee Coins
   • Minimum transaction of Rp100,000: cashback of 25,000 Shopee Coins
   This promo is valid only once per customer during the program period.
4. This promo is valid from February 21 – 28, 2025 (10:00 AM GMT+7 until the promo quota runs out).
5. The cashback is subject to availability (limited quota per day).
6. Cashback will be automatically credited to ShopeePay users in the form of Shopee Coins 1x24 hours after the payment is successful.
7. Shopee Coins cannot be cashed, but can be used as a discount on the Shopee Application or MyTelkomsel App.
8. Shopee coins will be forfeited if not used within 3 months.
9. If the user makes a refund, the user cannot enjoy the same cashback promo on the same day.
10. Telkomsel reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions applicable at any time without prior notice, including stopping/changing the promo.
