Personal Accident Insurance Benefits

Below are the benefits of Personal Accident Insurance and the maximum amount that will be paid by Allianz:

Notes:

The coverage period is 30 days, as also stated in the insurance policy.
The age limit is 17 years old and above.
Loss notification period: 14 calendar days since the date of the accident.
Only applies to a maximum of 2 active policies when a claim occurs.
The protection cover begins when the customer has successfully activated the Personal Accident Insurance starting from 12:00 PM (Jakarta Time) at the activation date on the Allianz microsite.

How to Activate Your Insurance

First, you are required to buy Telkomsel Proteksi data package on MyTelkomsel App.
After the purchase is successful, you will get an SMS from 97000 containing the voucher code and Allianz microsite link. The voucher is valid for 30 days since you receive it.
Enter your voucher code via the Allianz microsite to activate your insurance.
If your voucher code is correct and valid, you will be asked to submit your personal data via the Allianz microsite and read the terms and conditions applied.
The Personal Accident Insurance cover begins after your activation process is successful, as confirmed with the Confirmation of Cover sent by Allianz.

How to Claim

After your insurance activation on the Allianz microsite is successful, you will get an SMS and email of the Welcome Letter or Confirmation of Cover from Allianz containing the insurance benefit details along with the documents and terms of the claim.
You will also receive an email containing the Allianz claim portal link to make a claim notification and also to complete the claim documents required for claims to be processed by Allianz.
Please immediately notify such claims to Allianz via the Allianz claim portal. Claim notification must be submitted in a maximum of 14 calendar days after the date of the accident.
