GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Realme Narzo 20 Series Flash Sale program with Telkomsel bundling is valid on November 11^th, 2020.
Realme Narzo 20 Series Flash Sale program with Telkomsel is only valid on selected e-commerce channels.
This limited offer is only available during the flash sale program.
After making a pre-order, the device will be delivered starting from November 12^th, 2020.
Customer will receive a free Telkomsel starter pack to activate the bundling package inside the smartphone packaging.
After receiving the smartphone, the customers are required to register the new SIM card starter pack and activate TAU bundling package.
Any complaints related to the device, packaging, and distribution shall be reported to the store where you made a purchase.
Any complaints related to the operator service such as data package or nano-SIM replacement shall be sent to Telkomsel Call Center at 188 (Rp300/minute for prepaid customers, free of charge for postpaid customers).
By reading these Terms & Conditions, you are deemed to understand and agree to all of the rules in Realme Narzo 20 Series Flash Sale programs.

TAU ENTERTAINMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

TAU Entertainment special package can only be activated using Realme Narzo 20 Pro and Realme Narzo 20 smartphone during the promo period.
Every smartphone can activate this package for 12 times, but only once in a month.
The package will be automatically renewed. If the renewal failed, you can reactivate through UMB and choose the package you want (the old package counter will remain).
The data package is volume-based, if you run out of quota before renewal, you will be charged Rp100/20KB.
All-Network Quota can be used on all 2G/3G/4G networks, nationwide.
4G Quota can only be used on the 4G network using a 4G smartphone.
Midnight Quota can only be used from 00:00 AM to 07:00 AM.
Entertainment Quota can be used to access MAXstream, GamesMAX, and MusicMAX.
To unsubscribe, type TAU(space)OFF and send via SMS to 3636 (if you activated the package via UMB *363*13#) or via MyTelkomsel App by choosing “My Account” -> choose Package -> choose Subscription -> choose Unsubscribe/Stop Subscribing TAU package.
