It is a registration process that must be carried out to become Telkomsel postpaid customer and will be validated using identity data as recorded at the Directorate General of Population & Civil Registration, Ministry of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia (Ditjen Dukcapil).
Every new kartuHalo postpaid customer who registers through the website is required to use valid identity data recorded at the Civil Registry (Ditjen Dukcapil).
When you register via New kartuHalo Registration/Subscription or Switch from Prepaid to kartuHalo web pages, you are required to fill in your Identity Number and Family Card Number recorded in Civil Registry (Ditjen Dukcapil). If both data are recorded and valid, you can continue the registration process.
