It is a package that can be used to make international calls from Indonesia to the following countries:
Australia, Bangladesh, Brunei Darussalam, China, Hong Kong, India, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, and USA/Canada (exclude Hawaii).

This package offers more attractive voice quota and price to make international calls to 11 selected countries.

You can activate it via UMB. For example, you make a call to Malaysia using Telkomsel PraBayar:

• Type *266# -> Choose menu 7.IDD -> Choose 1.Paket IDD 01017 (11 Negara) -> Choose the package according to the country you are calling.
• You will be charged based on the package price.
• You will receive a notification SMS.
• Before making a call, it is recommended to check the quota by dialing *888# or via MyTelkomsel App.
• To find out if the rate plan is applied or not, you can check the most recent mobile phone use by dialing *887#. If the plan is applied, the shown tariff should be Rp3,500.
• If the plan has been successfully purchased, you can make an international call to Malaysia by using this following format: 01017<Malaysia country code><destination number> and then click “call”. E.g.: 0101760xxxxxx
• After making calls, you can check the remaining quota by dialing *888#. Please note that if you didn’t use the ‘01017’ when making calls, then the basic rates will apply.
• The voice quota only can be used to the 11 selected countries.
• If the package has been all used up, you can buy the package again.

This package is available since June 1, 2019.

All Telkomsel PraBayar (prepaid) and Halo (postpaid) customers can enjoy this package.
