How to change lost or damaged SIM Card?

You can change your lost or damaged SIM Card in the nearest MyGraPARI in your area.

  1. Prepare your Electronics ID Card (e-KTP), Family Card (KK), & two numbers which were contacted by you in a month
  2. Select menu “Telkomsel Customer”
  3. Select “SIMCARD Lost/Damaged”
  4. Input your number that you want to change
  5. Input your KTP and Family Card numbers to validate your data
  6. Customer gets new SIM Card
