Below are the following prerequisites for customers to enjoy 5G services on iPhone lineups:
- Ensure your Telkomsel phone number has activated the 5G feature via the MyTelkomsel app.
- Use iPhone lineups that support Telkomsel's 5G network.
- The customer has installed "Carrier Settings Update" on their iPhone starting from February 5, 2022.
- Use an existing SIM card with the USIM type.
- Your location must be covered by the 5G network.
