How to upgrade to a 4G SIM?

You can purchase a USIM 4G card at participating Smartphone Corner stores. Once you have purchased a USIM 4G card, follow these steps to activate:

Step 1: Get token / PIN from old SIM Card

  1. Dial *888*46#
  2. Select Menu 1
  3. Enter your 4G Upgrade Card number
  4. Select “Yes”
  5. Record token / PIN
  6. Remove old SIM from your phone

Step 2: Upgrade to New SIM Card

  1. Put your new 4G SIM in your phone
  2. Dial *888*46#
  3. Select Menu 2
  4. Select “Yes”
  5. Enter your old number
  6. Enter token/PIN
  7. Select “Yes”
  8. 4G upgrade request completed
  9. Wait for 4G upgrade confirmation SMS. If you have not received your SMS confirmation within 15 minutes, please restart your phone.

Via MyGraPARI

You can easily upgrade to a 4G USIM at any MyGraPARI machine*. You can get it by following these steps:

  1. Prepare your Electronic ID Card (e-KTP), Family Card (KK), & 2 numbers which were contacted by you in a month
  2. Select menu “Telkomsel Customer”
  3. Select “SIMCARD Lost/Damaged”
  4. Input your number that you want to change
  5. Input your Electronic ID and Family Card numbers to validate your data
  6. Customer gets 4G SIM card
