Via Smartphone Corner
You can purchase a USIM 4G card at participating Smartphone Corner stores. Once you have purchased a USIM 4G card, follow these steps to activate:
Step 1: Get token / PIN from old SIM Card
- Dial *888*46#
- Select Menu 1
- Enter your 4G Upgrade Card number
- Select “Yes”
- Record token / PIN
- Remove old SIM from your phone
Step 2: Upgrade to New SIM Card
- Put your new 4G SIM in your phone
- Dial *888*46#
- Select Menu 2
- Select “Yes”
- Enter your old number
- Enter token/PIN
- Select “Yes”
- 4G upgrade request completed
- Wait for 4G upgrade confirmation SMS. If you have not received your SMS confirmation within 15 minutes, please restart your phone.
Via MyGraPARI
You can easily upgrade to a 4G USIM at any MyGraPARI machine*. You can get it by following these steps:
- Prepare your Electronic ID Card (e-KTP), Family Card (KK), & 2 numbers which were contacted by you in a month
- Select menu “Telkomsel Customer”
- Select “SIMCARD Lost/Damaged”
- Input your number that you want to change
- Input your Electronic ID and Family Card numbers to validate your data
- Customer gets 4G SIM card
