What is surePLUS Internet program?

It is a special program for selected Gold, Platinum, and Diamond prepaid customers where they can get special All Network quota by purchasing certain OMG! package, twice.

What is OMG! (Oh My Gigabytes!) quota?

OMG! quota is a new quota from Telkomsel that can be used to access the following apps:

  • YouTube
  • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • MAXstream
  • VIU
  • iflix
  • KlikFilm
  • beIN SPORTS
  • Nickelodeon Play

If you access one of the applications above, the quota consumption priority that will be used first is OMG! quota.

Who are eligible to join surePLUS Internet program?

  • All Telkomsel prepaid customers (simPATI, KARTU As and Loop) with Gold, Platinum, and Diamond categories who receive the offer from Telkomsel via SMS on April 9th to April 30th, 2020.
  • Customers who buy certain OMG! package during the promo period.

Where do I buy OMG! package?

You can buy the package via MyTelkomsel App. Make sure you buy the OMG! package that fits the Customer Category above (please see benefit table). For more information please check here.

When will the surePLUS Internet quota be activated and what is the validity period?

  • The surePLUS Internet quota will be automatically activated after you bought the OMG! package twice.
  • The validity period is 2 days, starting from the activation day until 23:59 on the following day.

When will the surePLUS Internet quota be activated and what is the validity period?

  • The surePLUS Internet quota will be automatically activated after you bought the OMG! package twice.
  • The validity period is 2 days, starting from the activation day until 23:59 on the following day.

Can I get the surePLUS Internet quota more than once?

  • Yes, you can get it more than once.
  • Every 2 purchases of OMG! package, you will get the surePLUS Internet quota once.
  • You can buy the package maximum of 5 times.

What are Platinum and Diamond customers?

  • Gold: Our valued customers with monthly usage of Rp100,000 – Rp299,000.
  • Platinum: Our valued customers with monthly usage of Rp300,000 – Rp999,000.
  • Diamond: Our valued customers with monthly usage of Rp1,000,000 and above.

Is the surePLUS Internet quota divided?

No, the surePLUS Internet quota is not divided and can be used on all network for 24 hours.

Can surePLUS Internet quota be accumulated with the other internet quota?

No, it cannot be accumulated with another internet quota.

Can the sender or receiver of OMG! package in this program receive the surePLUS Internet quota?

  • No, if you buy or receive OMG! package as a gift, the package can be activated but the recipient's number cannot receive the surePLUS Internet quota.

How do I make sure the package activation is successful?

You can use the package after receiving the notification SMS. You can also check the remaining quota via:

  • “Cek Kuota Internet/Cek Kuota Telepon” menu at *888#.
  • “Status” menu on MyTelkomsel App

How do I make sure that I have received the surePLUS Internet quota?

You will receive an SMS as follows:

“Selamat, Anda mendapatkan …GB/2hari berlaku sejak saat ini hingga 23.59 keesokan harinya. Info 188.”

  1. This program is valid only for selected prepaid Gold, Platinum and Diamond customers.
  2. This program is valid from April 9th to April 30th, 2020. Every customer may or may not receive the SMS offer during the program period.
  3. The surePLUS quota on top of the purchased package, will automatically be active after customer purchased OMG! package for 2 times.
  4. Besides OMG! package, you can also buy Combo Sakti package ≥Rp100,000 to get this special quota.
  5. The surePLUS quota is valid for 2 days since the package has been activated, up to the next day at 11:59 PM.
  6. To get the surePLUS quota on top of the purchased package, customer can buy OMG! package with different denomination for 2 times.
  7. Gold, Platinum and Diamond categories are:
    • Gold: Our valued customers with monthly usage of Rp100,000 – Rp299,000.
    • Platinum: Our valued customers with monthly usage of Rp300,000 – Rp999,000.
    • Diamond: Our valued customers with monthly usage of Rp1,000,000 and above.
  8. The surePLUS quota can be accessed on 2G, 3G, 4G network for 24 hours.
  9. The surePLUS quota cannot be sent as a gift.
  10. The surePLUS quota cannot be accumulated with any other internet package.
  11. To ensure the surePLUS quota is activated, customer will receive a notification SMS.
  12. Customers are allowed to get surePLUS quota up to 3 times during the program period.
