  1. Open MyTelkomsel App then select “Privacy Protection” on the Internet tab, or choose the package you want on Telkomsel.com
  2. You will get an active package notification SMS from Telkomsel and an activation code SMS from Mastercard.
  3. Open the link on the SMS from Mastercard to activate your account.
  4. You will be directed to the Mastercard account activation webpage.
  5. Enter your name, mobile number, and the 5-digit code in the SMS from Mastercard.
  6. You will be automatically redirected to the account password creation webpage.
  7. If the redirect page fails, a password creation link is also sent via SMS from IDProtect to the registered mobile number.
  8. The account is successfully activated, and you can add data for monitoring.

Submission of claims for protection against financial losses due to identity theft is done by sending details of the registered cellphone number (policy number) and chronology of events to:

Here are the documents required to make a claim:

  1. Full name.
  2. Photo of ID Card.
  3. Email.
  4. Phone number.
  5. Insurance Policy or proof of insurance membership (phone number registered in the Privacy Protection service).
  6. Insurance policy or other proof of insurance participation if you experience financial losses that come from the results of monitoring on the Privacy Protection service.
  7. Chronology of the incident.
  8. Police report no later than 24 hours after the incident.
  9. Report from the bank or institution issuing financial cards and online merchants no later than 24 hours from the incident if you experience losses that affect the bank or other institutions.
  10. The type of benefit you wish to claim.
  11. Amount and proof of loss.
  12. Bank name.
  13. Account number.
  14. Name of account owner.
