Open MyTelkomsel App.
Click “Shop” menu.
Choose “Entertainment” category.
Click “CATCHPLAY+” sub-category.
Activate the package you want and complete the payment.
Package is successfully activated if you get the SMS notification from 97080 containing the login information.
Log in to CATCHPLAY+ app using your Telkomsel number and password.
Enjoy all contents under “UNLIMITED” category.

Via UMB

Dial *363*465# from your smartphone.
Select “5. Lainnya”.
Select “CATCHPLAY+”.
Confirm the activation by replying “1”.
Package is successfully activated if you get the SMS notification from 97080 containing the login information.
Log in to CATCHPLAY+ app using your Telkomsel number and password.
Enjoy all contents under “UNLIMITED” category.

Access this page.
Select the package you prefer.
Input your Telkomsel number.
Input the OTP you receive via SMS.
Package is successfully activated if you get the SMS notification from 97080 containing the login information.
Log in to CATCHPLAY+ app using your Telkomsel number and password.
Enjoy all contents under “UNLIMITED” category.

You can log in to up to 5 devices and stream simultaneously on 2 devices using 1 account.
If your MAXstream Quota runs out, you can buy additional MAXstream Quota. If you have exceeded the available quota and do not have any MAXtream Quota, you will be charged basic internet tariff (PAYU/Pay as You Use).
If you buy CATCHPLAY+ 30-Day Package (at the 1st date of the month) then buy another CATCHPLAY+ 7-Day Package (at 7th date of the month), CATCHPLAY+ subscription will follow the latest package you activate, which is the CATCHPLAY+ 7-Day Package.
If you already have an account connected to the mobile phone number you use to buy CATCHPLAY+ Package and also a subscription on that existing account, you shall cancel the subscription first before activating the CATCHPLAY+ Package services with Telkomsel.
