What is IndiHome 3-Step Registration progrm?
It’s an initiative program from IndiHome where customers can register to IndiHome in simpler, 3-step way and guaranteed to be installed in 3x24 hours. Customers will get compensation if we don’t complete the installation in 3x24 hours from your registration date.
Who can join this program?
All customers who register for a new IndiHome installation via digital self-service (MyTelkomsel & Telkomsel.com) throughout Indonesia.
What compensation will I get if the installation exceeds the 3x24-hour agreement?
Customers can choose between Speed on Demand (7 days) or Disney+ Hotstar IPTV:

If I choose to sign up for Orbit, will the 3x24-hour agreement apply?
The 3x24 hour target only applies to customers who choose IndiHome.
What situations nullify the 3x24-hour agreement?

Is there any time limitation for customers to redeem the compensation?
Yes. You must redeem the compensation within 30 days since the service is active. If within 30 days you don’t redeem it, it will be forfeited.
Where do I redeem the compensation?
You can redeem it via the link sent to you via WhatsApp.
If there’s no IndiHome network at my location, will the 3x24-hour agreement apply?
If you want to wait until IndiHome service is available at your location, the time agreement doesn’t apply.
How long does the compensation claim take?
It takes 24 hours since you submit your claim.
I have already submitted the claim, but the compensation is not yet active. What should I do?

What if I don’t get compensation when the installation takes more than 3x24 hours?
