• Motion and human detection
• Two-way direct communication from the camera
• All accessible through the IndiHome SMART app.

Yes, simple installation is provided as part of the managed service. However, requests such as ceiling mounting or other installation that require drilling or wall modifications etc. will not be covered.

The price for the IndiHome SMART Indoor Camera Add-on is Rp50,000 per camera, including free delivery/installation. The price above does not include VAT.

All IndiHome customers are eligible to subscribe to this add-on. Nevertheless, we recommend customers whose IndiHome plan is above 30Mbps for an optimal experience.

IndiHome SMART Indoor Camera service subscription contract for all packages is valid for a minimum of 24 months after the service is active. If the customer decides to stop subscribing before the contract period ends, a fine of Rp500,000 will be imposed.

If you wish to unsubscribe from IndiHome SMART Indoor Camera, you will need to visit GraPARI and return the camera device.

The IndiHome SMART Indoor Camera integrated with IndiHome services can be transferred along with the service if the customer moves home.

1. IndiHome SMART Indoor Camera service is currently only available in the Jabodetabek area. Requests for delivery or after-sales service in areas outside Jabodetabek will not apply. 2. Prices do not include VAT, but customers can enjoy free shipping/installation fees. 3. Customers are required to fill in the destination address for sending the device on the link that will be sent via SMS or WA after the order is successful, a maximum of 1x24 hours after ordering. 4. Estimated delivery of goods for the Jabodetabek area is 2-3 working days. 5. Delivery, installation, and after-sales follow-up will be carried out by Telkomsel Partners. 6. This service fee will be charged immediately after confirming a successful order, and there is no pro-rate treatment on the bill for the first month of subscription. 7. IndiHome SMART service bills are paid together with IndiHome bills every month and will be automatically renewed every month. 8. Telkomsel has the right to cancel the service if it does not comply with the terms and conditions (for example, the destination address is not in Jabodetabek). 9. Telkomsel is not responsible for the content of any recordings made or processed by the customer's camera. The contents of the camera are entirely the customer's responsibility. 10. The maximum number of IndiHome SMART Indoor Camera subscriptions is only 5 devices for each IndiHome service. 11. Customers are required to subscribe for 24 months. If the customer decides to stop subscribing before the contract period ends, or the device is lost, a fine of Rp500,000 will be imposed. 12. IndiHome provides Smart Indoor Camera devices during the IndiHome SMART Add-on subscription. Customers are required to return the device to GraPARI when they stop subscribing.
