Customers will receive:

• Free device replacement for damages not caused by the customer
• 2K Full HD resolution Video Quality
• Motion and human detection
• Two-way direct communication from the camera
• All accessible through the IndiHome SMART app.

Yes, simple installation is provided as part of the service. However, requests such as ceiling mounting or other installation that require drilling or wall modifications etc. will be charged additional cost.

The price for the IndiHome SMART Indoor Camera Add-on is Rp50,000 per camera, including free delivery/installation. The price above does not include VAT.

All IndiHome customers are eligible to subscribe to this add-on. Nevertheless, we recommend customers whose IndiHome plan is above 30Mbps for an optimal experience.

IndiHome SMART Indoor Camera service subscription contract for all packages is valid for a minimum of 24 months after the service is active. If the customer decides to stop subscribing before the contract period ends, a fine of Rp500,000 will be imposed.

If you wish to unsubscribe from IndiHome SMART Indoor Camera, you will need to visit GraPARI and return the camera device.

The IndiHome SMART Indoor Camera integrated with IndiHome services can be transferred along with the service if the customer moves home.

1. IndiHome SMART Indoor Camera service is currently only available in the Jabodetabek area. Requests for delivery or after-sales service outside the Jabodetabek area are not valid.
2. Prices do not include VAT but include shipping costs/installation fees. Simple installation is provided as part of the service. However, requests such as ceiling mounting or other installation that require drilling or wall modifications etc. will be charged additional cost.
3. Customers are required to fill in the shipping address on the link that will be sent via SMS or WhatsApp after a successful order, a maximum of 1x24 hours after ordering.
4. The shipping estimation time for the Jabodetabek area is 2-3 working days.
5. Delivery, installation, and after-sales follow-up will be carried out by Telkomsel partners.
6. This service fee will be charged immediately after confirming a successful order, and there is no pro-rate treatment on the bill for the first month of subscription.
7. The IndiHome SMART service bill will be paid together with the IndiHome bill every month and will be automatically renewed every month.
8. Telkomsel provides a device warranty during the subscription period. Damaged devices will be replaced without additional cost, unless the damage is caused by the customer. Examples of damage that are not covered by the warranty: Damage due to placing indoor cameras outdoors, damage due to water or signs of exposure to liquids, or large cracks or breaks in the camera. If the device is declared not included in the warranty coverage, the customer may be charged a replacement fee of Rp250,000.
9. Telkomsel has the right to cancel the service if it does not comply with the Terms and Conditions (for example, the shipping address is not in Jabodetabek area).
10. Telkomsel is not responsible for the content of any form of recording that exists or is processed by the customer's camera. The contents of the camera are entirely the customer's responsibility.
11. The maximum number of IndiHome SMART Indoor Cameras is 5 units for each IndiHome service.
12. Customers are required to subscribe for 24 months. If the customer decides to unsubscribe before the end of the contract period, or the device is lost, the customer will be charged a fine of Rp500,000.
13. IndiHome provides the Smart Indoor Camera devices during the IndiHome SMART Add-on subscription. Customers are required to return the device to GraPARI when they stop subscribing.
