Activation and Payment

Activate via MyTelkomsel

The first way to activate:
- Download and open MyTelkomsel App.
- Access the “Roaming” menu, then select “Paket Darurat Roaming” (Emergency Roaming Package).
- If the Darurat Roaming selection menu does not appear, it means that your number is not eligible according to Telkomsel's policy.
- Select the desired package, then confirm.
- Wait for SMS notification from 5050 about package activation.
- Please use the package according to the validity period.
The second way of activation:
- Download and open MyTelkomsel App.
- Access the “Roaming” menu, then search for the destination country.
- If the destination country is included in the list of 47 countries for Darurat Roaming, then you can see the “Paket Darurat Roaming” menu.
- If the Darurat Roaming selection menu does not appear, it means that your number is not eligible according to Telkomsel's policy.
- Select the desired package, then confirm.
- Wait for SMS notification from 5050 about package activation.
- Please use the package according to the validity period.

Activation via UMB

Access UMB *505#.
If you meet the criteria, you can select the menu "3. RoaMAX Darurat”.
If the menu does not appear, it means your number is not eligible.
If it appears, select the package and wait for the SMS notification from 5050 that the package has been activated.
Please use the package according to the validity period.

Payment

When you top up your credit balance, your credit will be deducted automatically for the previously activated Darurat Roaming.
When you receive a credit transfer, your credit will also be automatically deducted for the previously activated Darurat Roaming.
When the validity period of Darurat Roaming ends, the system will automatically deduct your credit for the previously activated Darurat Roaming.
You can also pay independently via UMB *266*81# or *505#, then select the "Cek Tagihan" (Check Bills) menu then select "Bayar" (Pay).
