Pinjam Paket

Pinjam Paket is a payment method that allows customers to purchase regular PraBayar packages (such as Pinjam Paket Combo, Pinjam Paket Roaming, Pinjam Paket Saldo, OMG, Ketengan, etc.) without deducting their credit balance during the transaction. Your credit balance will be deducted for Pinjam Paket later when you top up your credit balance or other methods such as receiving credit transfers and making independent payments via *505#.

You can activate Pinjam Paket via UMB *363# or MyTelkomsel App.

If you choose credit purchase, your credit balance will be deducted immediately upon successful purchase. If you use the Pinjam Paket method, your credit balance will not be deducted immediately. There is a difference in the package price if you choose to use credit or Pinjam Paket.

Payment for Pinjam Paket is made automatically when you top up your credit balance. The top-up amount will be deducted according to the value of the package that has been activated through the Pinjam Paket method.

Yes, you can still use Pinjam Paket even if you have enough credit balance. This payment method provides flexibility, so you can choose to use Pinjam Paket and pay later, even if you have enough credit balance for a direct purchase.

Pinjam Paket service is only available for eligible Telkomsel PraBayar customers. Customer eligibility depends on their service usage history and policies determined by Telkomsel.

When you choose a package via UMB *363#, if the option “Pay Later” appears, it means the package can be purchased using the Pinjam Paket method. If you buy a package via MyTelkomsel App, you can find the Pinjam Paket option on the payment page.
