What is Paket Darurat?
Paket Darurat is a package loan service where Telkomsel PraBayar (prepaid) customers with certain criteria can activate a special package (data, voice, SMS, combo, or other packages) without consuming their credit balance during activation. The payment can be made later via credit balance auto-deduction.
What are the criteria to get Paket Darurat offer?
This package can only be activated by Telkomsel customers who meet the following criteria:
Telkomsel PraBayar (prepaid) customers.
Have been active as a customer for > 60 days and have topped up credit at least once with a nominal value of Rp5,000 in the last 3 months.
Meet other eligibility criteria based on Telkomsel's policy.
Can I activate Paket Darurat more than once?
Yes. As long as you have paid the previous Paket Darurat and meet the service criteria, you can activate this service.
If I activate Paket Darurat more than once, will the remaining quota from the previous package be accumulated?
Yes, if the previous Paket Darurat is still active, the quota will be accumulated.
Will Paket Darurat extend my Telkomsel card active period?
No, Paket Darurat activation will not extend your Telkomsel card active period.
How do I make a Paket Darurat payment?
Payment can be made via credit balance auto-deduction when topping up credit, receiving a credit transfer, the validity period of the package has expired, purchasing another data package, or with other billing mechanisms determined by Telkomsel.
Can I pay Paket Darurat with installment scheme?
Yes, if you top up the credit with a nominal value of less than the bill to be paid, the credit will be deducted from the remaining balance. The remaining bill will be paid at the next top up.
Are there any extra fees I need to pay for Paket Darurat?
No, you will need to pay for the package tariff only. No interest or extra fees.
Can data/internet package purchase be used for Paket Darurat payment?
No, other than regular credit balance, other top-up (for example: data/internet package purchase/renewal) can’t be deducted for Paket Darurat payment.
Can I transfer my Paket Darurat to another number?
No, you can only consume it by yourself.
I have activated Paket Darurat before, why can’t I activate it again?
Our system will regularly check the eligibility of your number. If you can’t activate Paket Darurat, it means you are no longer eligible to buy this service. Please check your previous Paket Darurat bill by dialing *505# then select the “Cek Tagihan/Check Bills” menu.

Can I know the usage limit?
No, customers can only activate the Paket Darurat that appears on the offer addressed to the respective customer's number.
Why is the Paket Darurat offered to customers different and changing?
These packages are offered to customers with certain criteria and with different types of offers, thus enabling each customer to get a different offer.
Can the Paket Darurat be used right away, or can it only be used when I don't have credit balance?
When you have purchased Paket Darurat, you can immediately use it without having to wait for the credit to run out.
Paket Darurat payments can be made in stages/installments. Is there a certain amount or will my credit be deducted according to the amount of credit I have?
The payment can be made in stages according to the availability of credit you have. However, if you still have unpaid arrears, you can’t reactivate Paket Darurat until the arrears are paid.
Why do I keep receiving a reminder to pay Paket Darurat arrears, while I already activate my data package regularly?
Paket Darurat payment can only be made using credit balance. Other top-ups can’t be deducted as Paket Darurat payment.
What will happen if I haven’t paid Paket Darurat more than 90 days since package activation?
If you still have unpaid arrears more than the time limit which is 90 days, our system will automatically block your internet service.
What services will be blocked if I haven’t paid Paket Darurat more than 90 days?
Only the internet service will be blocked. You can still use voice calls or SMS services.
How long will the internet service be blocked?
It will be blocked until you pay all the arrears. When your service is blocked, you can still use other services other than the internet and your card’s active period count will remain.
I already top up my credit balance, why do I still get blocked?
Please re-check the amount of arrears you’ve paid. If you still have remaining arrears, your number will still be blocked.
You can check your remaining arrears via *505# and choose “Check Status” and then “Check Bills”. You can also make Paket Darurat bill payment via *505#.
If I have paid some of my arrears, can my number get unblocked?
No. Your number will no longer be blocked only if you have paid the total of your Paket Darurat arrears.
What if I have Paket Darurat arrears and then I switch to postpaid service?
Your Paket Darurat arrears will be switched to postpaid bills. You can check the details of your billing at the “Prepaid Recharge/Top Up” section.
How do I pay my Paket Darurat arrears that have been switched to a postpaid bill?
In this case, you may follow the regular payment method for postpaid bill payment.
Terms and Conditions
This service is only for Telkomsel PraBayar (prepaid) customers with predetermined criteria and may change according to Telkomsel policy, as follows:
Telkomsel PraBayar (prepaid) customers.
Have been active as a customer for > 60 days and have topped up credit at least once with a nominal value of Rp5,000 in the last 3 months.
Meet other eligibility criteria based on Telkomsel's policy.
Packages can be activated without deducting credit.
Prices listed include VAT.
Paket Darurat does not extend the active period of prepaid cards.
The remaining quota will be considered forfeited if the validity period of the package has expired.
Paket Darurat data quota cannot be transferred to other customers.
After the active period expires, the package does not renew automatically.
Customers agree to receive bill reminder notifications that will be sent by Telkomsel periodically through a predetermined mechanism until the bills are fully paid.
Credit deductions are made automatically when topping up credit, receiving a credit transfer, the validity period of the package has expired, purchasing another data package, or with other billing mechanisms determined by Telkomsel.
Other than prepaid credit top-ups, top-ups such as data package reactivations cannot be deducted for Paket Darurat payment.
Credit is deducted automatically according to the bill amount and there are no additional fees.
If after credit auto-deduction the customer still has arrears, Telkomsel will keep on requesting payment until all arrears are fully paid.
If the customer has not paid the bill more than 90 days after the Paket Darurat activation, Telkomsel has the right to temporarily block the number, specifically the internet service. Customers cannot demand any compensation from Telkomsel.
The number will be blocked until the customer pays the bill in full payment. During the blocking, the customer’s card’s active period count will remain, and customers can still use other services besides the internet service.
The internet service blocking will be automatically lifted when you have paid all arrears in full by topping up credit balance, receiving credit transfer, or other payment methods determined by Telkomsel.
If the customer switches to a Telkomsel Halo (postpaid), then Telkomsel has the right to transfer the outstanding bill to the customer's postpaid bill.
For Paket Darurat, Monetary Balances cannot be used for PAYU (Pay as You Use) transactions.
