• Selected Telkomsel PraBayar customers who receive the offer via Call Center 188.
• PraBayar customers who receive an offer via Telkomsel Halo official WhatsApp account (08112022220) or other official Telkomsel channels that direct you to Telkomsel Halo official WhatsApp account.

Customers with certain criteria are required to top up their credit balance according to the amount/price of the selected package as a deduction for the first bill. After that, the customers simply make payments after the bill is issued every month. More detailed information regarding these requirements will be explained during the bidding process.

You can see your quota usage and billing through MyTelkomsel App. Billing details will also be sent to your email starting from the 2nd day of every month.

Halo+ Package offers various options of data package that suit the customer’s need, starting from Halo+ 100K up to Halo+ 550K. Halo+ Package consists of All-Network Quota to access anything, Voice and SMS Quota to all operators, Roaming Quota, additional Telkomsel Poin, including premium digital streaming service and priority service at GraPARI and Call Center.

Halo+ Package is available for Telkomsel Halo new customers, customers who switch from Telkomsel PraBayar (prepaid) to Telkomsel Halo, and Telkomsel Halo loyal customers.

Yes, payments can be made via LinkAja, MyTelkomsel, e-wallets, Indomaret, Alfamart, Tokopedia, Shopee, etc. Complete information can be accessed here.

If you’re unsatisfied with Halo service, you can visit GraPARI and request to go back to prepaid service with the following conditions:

1. Billing has been issued at least once.
2. Halo subscription period has not exceeded 6 months.
3. Current and unpaid bills should be paid first.
4. Cannot re-switch to Halo service.
5. The customer’s ID number is still sufficient for prepaid registration (3 prepaid registrations max.).

Apart from the above, you must be aware of several things:

1. Your number status will be a new number, and the usage time will be reset.
2. Your loyalty status/customer level will also be reset, so it will affect some benefits you previously had.
3. Your last package and Telkomsel Poin will be forfeited.
4. You are required to re-register when your number is reactivated.
5. Your number will be temporarily deactivated during the transition process (up to 7 days).
