Could not connect to the internet while abroad?

If you find difficulties in connecting to the internet while abroad, please make sure you follow all of these points and instructions.

Ensure roaming feature is active

How to check:
  1. Access *266#
  2. Choose menu Number 7: Status & Info
  3. Choose menu Number 4: Info Tarif & Fitur Roaming
  4. Choose menu Number 2: Fitur Roaming
  5. Choose menu Number 2: Check Status

Set your Android phone

  1. Under “Settings”, tap on “Connections”.
  2. Choose “Mobile Network”.
  3. Choose “Network Operator”.
  4. Activate “Choose Automatically”.

  3. Activate “Roaming Data”.
Correct Access Point Name

  2. Choose “Mobile Network”.
  3. Choose “Access Point Name”.
  4. The APN field must be filled with “Internet”.

  2. Tap “Network Selection”.
  3. Activate “Automatic”.

  2. Choose “Cellular Data Options”.
  3. Activate “Data Roaming”.
Correct Access Point Name

  1. Under “Settings”, choose “Cellular”.
  2. Choose “Cellular Data Network”.
  3. The APN field must be filled with “Internet”, meanwhile the username and password must remain empty.
