Ensure of the following if you experience the issue:
1. Check the SMS confirmation of package activation and ensure the package is active and can be used.
2. For Prepaid users, check the remaining credit or current bill & ensure the package activation fee has been deducted from your credit.
3. For Postpaid users, check the remaining credit or current bill & ensure the current bill includes your package activation fee.
4. Check the block status & ensure your number is not blocked.
5. Check the package status & remaining quota via the MyTelkomsel app & web tsel.me/mytelkomsel. If you don't have a quota, buy a package on the app or website.
6. Restart your phone and try again.
